I'm still catching up on the thread so bear with me.

Which attn are they working with? She has three and just because they say they can't reach SR doesn't mean that's the one that LE is communicating with KWIM?

Given that Dubbs canceled a court appearance yesterday because she got an early morning phone call in connection with EB, it could have been one of the three or all of them.

The reports of EB offering her help to LE are good. One way or another. 1. It's good for Zahra because EB might just tell what she knows OR 2. It's good for EB at this point in time to make it look like she is assisting (when she goes to court..yada yada...etc )

I really like the lukewarm reception that LE is reportedly giving this "help" by saying they are treating it as any other tip.

By all accounts that I've read about Dubbs she's a heavy hitter.

I think they probably could have IF they were a citizen and nobody seems to know if they were or not.

I really wish we knew for sure... Though EB doesn't seem like the type of person to turn down "free money" IMO.

Any theories as to why LE has not talked to AB since his arrest?
They said he is not represented right?

Moo. Searchers marked the bones showing they had already been recognized. That gives me atiny flag that maybe they are looking for a body.

I'm thinking maybe EB said it was dark and thye didnt know what to do and she isnt exactly sure of where she stopped to discard evidence/body. This would explain the multiple sites.

I know this theory is full of holes especially since EB is familiar with the area. Another guess is that she is blaming AB. AB is denying and she is taking LE on a journey as to where she thinks he would have disposed of evidence.

I would think that if EB confessed and is directing them to evidence, wouldnt she be charged with something? Or would LE wait to see if the evidence panned out?

At some point, the detectives are going to have to put their foot down, hard.
Today's search location is 7 miles away from yesterday's, is that right? Where is tomorrow's location going to be, 14 miles away??

Forgive me, but I'm frustrated. Are they going to search the entire state before this is through? Is EB getting a nice little field trip from jail every day to lead them around all over the place?

I have a feeling the searches are for evidence and body and that those items were disposed of during a long drive through the area of the latest (EB involved) searches. It was probably night and the locations of disposal where probably along more deserted stretches of road IMO. I think we are close to finding something.

The areas of search (EB assisted ones anyway) are all in an area she once resided. ie she is familiar with roads, which areas would be more forested, remote, less traffic, etc.

I'm not ready to give up hope that there is a rhyme and a reason to these latest searches.

Funny how everything started moving in this case after he was arrested. I thought he must have started talking. But, since LE says they have not spoken to him since his arrest, they must be getting all the new info from EB.

Just praying they get the info they need to find Zahra.

He apparently was interviewed prior to his arrest. So I guess they've gotten as much out of him as they can at this point.

I think they are letting his head clear (if he has been using drugs) and also letting him sit and think about just what his wife may been telling LE while out on her field trips, they will talk to him again but I think it will be in a few days.

My opinion is this: AB gave enough information to start a search which AB made it point to EB being Guility:

Cops hold AB in jail on his check writing charges:

Cops act on Tips AB gave, brings EB out(Monday) EB only gives them a little information. She has a conference with her attorney, attorney tells her the jig is up, and it is in her best interest to make a deal before AB does. EB goes back to her jail, and thinks about it, then notify's detectives she is willing to help.

Cops take her out today and more evidence is showing up.

Cops once they have everything they need, they will then bring AB back into questioning, to get his full story, and then questions EB again. Once they have that done, Charges will be brought against BOTH of them.

EB is helping because she is hoping that the Death Penalty is off the table and or she will be charged with lesser charges.

I hope this isnt too OT I dont want to cause more work for the mods but I have a question for the long time sluethers thats been bothering me. Is it normal the way LE had AB at the search sites in the beginning and now EB taking them around to all the locations without anyone actually being charged yet? TIA

or Ab has nothing to give LE or offer, hence the arrest and lack of talking to him even tho he hasn't apparently lawyered up.

just a little thinking here....

yesterday when the search started at dudley shoals road le made the statement that the lead was very promising

we later find out that SM approached LE thru her atty to help and that yesterday she took a tour of possible search sites not getting out of the car

today she is back out with LE on the search and they are now on cristy road

any or all of the below and probably a few I didn't even think about

1. He invoked his right to silence

2. He requested a lawyer and he will have to wait for that lawyer until he can present info to the court that he is indigent or low income and be assigned one.

I'm sure someone else can come up with reasons better. JMHO.
