I agree... very neglectful. You could see in photos in which Zahra was walking that she had a limp from the leg being too short. Made her kind of sway-backed in some of the photos... and that could cause her all kinds of osteo problems.

Wow, that makes it all the more upsetting that EB is reported to have ridiculed Zahra for the trouble she had walking with the prosthetic!

I hope not! I would hope that LE would arrest him again under suspicion of Zahra's death before they'd let him get on a plane.

IMHO and from just scant info I have:

If he has a felony charge pending the AUS can revoke his travel.

We don't know if his passport was one of the three that were confiscated during the execution of the search warrant (the one we have seen).

I am assuming at this point in time it was his though. According to the AUS passport form (posted last thread first page)

he can't get a replacement without either the old passport or by resubmitting all the original docs and those are a lu-lu of a list.

Could someone please give me a summarization of the developments the last few days? I deeply apologize, I'm recovering from major oral surgery and have been offline in pain for days. I just now got a breaking news alert from NANCY GRACE's site of all places saying her prosthetic leg was found, and from the few posts I skimmed here, they are digging in the yard at the house in hickory? Im so sorry I have fallen behind but I just was not up to anything the last few days. Are there going to be more PC's tonight? Do you think Zahra's body will be found tonight where they are apparently searching now? What other crucial developments have I missed?

IMO, as long as he is not put on probation, he should be able to leave once everything is satisfied.
