Yes Amster. Then we speculated because it's evident that EB has lost a bit of weight that she was using drugs.

I think the article linked backthread that said that the drug paraphenalia was written in such a way that it leads one to believe that it was found in the home.

We have not see LE remark or MSM state directly that they were told what LE found inside the home.

Drug paraphenalia? What is that? Could be anything from rolling papers or a roach clip to a crack pipe IMHO.

It wasn't notated within the SW what it was.

Are we talking morally or legally?

Can be two very distinct things apart.

Lol. I believe the law in NC is they are sold through gun shops. However, gun shops are a dime a dozen in NC. You can also find them in pawn shops and the like. And online and in certain magazines, etc. Not at all difficult.

Why would LE tell her not to come to the US right now? That does not make sense...

If she small or school age children. She may not have anyone to care for them if she come to the United States. She may not have the funds to hop on a plane and stay in a hotel. Even if a stranger did offer shelter for her stay, she may not be comfortable with a situation like that.

Thank you!!! That is definitely it. I was searching for it too because it was driving me nuts. They tested with luminol, then that night the guy's parents who completely believed in his innocence, slept in the room. And when they turned out the lights, they saw all the glowing blood smears and handprints. They were everywhere.

I want to know why LE does not already have the info from OZ on the leg. The story came out last week saying they were asking for it. She has/had relatives over there, why did they not stay on the phone until they got it?

This is one part where i say the story doesn't add up.
She claims the courts gave her joint custody in 2001 . Saying she would have her school holidays, 4 day blocks, and she quotes custody papers that say she was to have long term responsibility for the care welfare and development of the child.

She then claims she found Zahra in the hospital and obtained hospital records in 2007 but privacy laws prevented her from knowing where she was. Privacy laws would have been completely irrelevant if she had court ordered JOINT custody. She could have marched her butt into the hospital and gotten all the records she wanted and/or had a court request them. No lawyer no finances needed.

Legal and physical custody differ dependent on location and statutes. Legal custody usually just means that is the parent with decision making authority - e.g. schools, church, doctors, etc. Physical placement or custody is the residence. Sole legal and sole physical is very difficult to obtain - even in Oz - as shared parenting is thought to generally be in the child's best interest.

Well, in the video it shows the big red truck in the driveway that was there yesterday.....I don't think it is there today is it? So I'm thinking it was from yesterday's search. But it isn't dated on the website.

I just can't really get wound up over the bio mom one way or another. She had not been in Zahra's life in no telling how long. BUT. The people that were involved and all the ones saying how much they loved her and miss her....that's another story. Where were they? Now they are ALL coming up with excuses on why they didn't do this or that but if that little girl really meant all that much to them there would have been more. More contact, more checking, more calling, just MORE. Ok, rant off.

I saw that too, and my first thought, was a dog or pet that was once buried. They probably didn't open it, and called previous owner to confirm where it was buried.
