you seem like a very optimistic and loving person. Not worn down like some of us. LOL. thats a good thing!!!! Keep being who you are and believing what you believe in. None of us can call the shots on life, attitude is all that matters . yours is great. don't let it hurt you, bad things happen, we can counteract that though, cause we can always make, help, participate, and live good things in and with peoples lives.

Well I cannot sit on my fingers any longer. I want to say in my mind I don't think the Biomom's should feel any responsibility by contacting KB through a friend. How could the biomom know that EB was that evil. My gosh...I'm crying and I still feel bad that my exuberant outburst caused such a stir.

On the 'zoomed' image, it looks to me like a tiny area of *oldish* blood spatter @ the NE of the big fresh splatter. IMO, the bright red could have been preserved depending on how the plastic was crumbled. And IMO, that plastic looks like the type of plastic that new mattresses come in.

has anyone checked to see if EB or AB has a life insurance policy on Zahra? I know they were poor but still worth asking.

I really doubt it. Even if they were trying some kind of scam like that (which was tried in the UK not long ago by another family) they were really stupid about it!

Yes, if Zahra was killed at 21 21st St and was even carried across the yard and bleeding, the canine would have picked that scent up. So prehaps Zahra was killed elsewhere! The killer may have transported Zahra and her prosethic to dispose of near and or around Christie Road.
Both the Tahoe and the Camry could have been used to dispose of the prosethic and the other vehicle for her body. Also, both vehicles could have been used in order not to rouse suspicion of being in the area while getting rid of the evidence. JMO

Can it be determined from where the prosthetic leg was found, i.e. which side of the road to suggest if it were discarded on the way from Hickory heading further from home or if it were discarded on the side of the road that would be heading home?

Just my own :twocents:..but I don't think it's that Tricia doesn't consider Val a reliable source...not in the least. More that since she is responsible for THIS site personally..she wants to hear it from the horses mouth before we take off and run with it..Kind of like we are when another poster that we consider reliable states something of major importance and we believe them, but want to hear it for ourselves. Is it possible that KB felt bad and somehow got a message to ZB about her mum trying to contact her??? Maybe after that she started saying she wanted to go back to Aus to be with Mummy and ZB or AB cracked it and accidentally killed her.

It wouldn't matter if she had insurance, or Medicaid, or whatever. Ok, I'm not a medical professional, but, I deal with them on a daily basis and have for years. In my experience, the medical community in NC does not let children suffer and die just because their parents are morons (in the case of little Z). She would have received treatment if they had taken her to a doctor.


Even if AB took her to a doctor and told them the truth (as I believe it, not as it may actually be), I imagine it would go something like this:

AB: My 10 year old daughter has bone cancer and lung cancer, and she has outgrown her prosthetic leg. We are here illegally after I tore my child from her family and homeland and took her across the world to live in virtual poverty with a gothic fairy I met in a video game, and we cannot get insurance or benefits.

Doctor's office: Bring her right in

Oh, I agree completely, Ada...thank you for the reply! I was actually referring to life insurance (someone had asked if there might have been life ins. on little Zahra).

So sorry for the confusion, but I do agree wholeheartedly that there is NO way Zahra would have been turned away for treatment had anyone cared enough to seek it on her behalf.

BS one of Eb's Daughters supposedly told a neighbor that she saw Zahra on thursday before the 911 call.

Thank you NCMOM. It was my understanding that EB & her daughters were not speaking, let alone visiting each other. Wasn't AB arrested for running them off the road? Didn't EB threaten BS?

Both daughters feared EB, they even spoke to the judge in the courtroom when EB was arraigned. No mention of anyone seeing Zahra on Oct. 7th has come up, as far as I know.

I have to discount this sighting on Oct. 7th.

I have done my best to vet biomum. I appreciate Tricia's kind words and understand that because I have committed not to pass anything biomum has not agreed to have passed kind of hampers the vetting process. I would think that Tricia should not act any other way.

I appreciate all that the WS people do here. That's why it's the only place I post on these issues other than my own blog.

Let's just pray Zahra is found...in some fashion. So she can be respectfully memorialized and all the people who have loved her (including us new ones) can have some resolution in this hideous situation, and so justice can be served in the mistreatment she endured.

Zahra was a champion...death cannot defeat her.

I guess this is something we will have to give time in order to find out. I remember however, way back on thread 3 or 4, a member posted something about this, ( hpefully, she will repost, as she was very succint). She said that when things like this happen, when the perps come up with an explanation as to a missing person, that usually something big was about to happen in their lives and the missing person had to be be justified in some way. Like OK, this is about to happen and there is no way they are not going to want to know what is up with, or where is Zahra. So therefore, no mater how long she has actually been dead, a reason needs to be put out there as to why she is not around. They need to cover their azz es. Hence the stupid everything that has happened. If no one where intrested in their lives, they could have gone on forever, but, there was something coming up, that demanded the presence of Zahra, so therefore the stupid stuff that followed. The fake ransom, etc., you have to know that LE has this all figured out. We are just waiting.

They may have been unable to run due to outstanding warrants, which could explain the phone call to the family member to drop charges. JMO

I was on google earth and saw the same spot they were at because of that yellow barrier...anyway...if you were coming off of pine mounting road it would be on your right hand side heading up christy road. I'm not 100% but that is what I saw on google earth
