LE has not spoken to AB... No Liaison Officer to keep him aware of what is going on, no calling LE on a daily basis seeking answers as to what they are doing to find his daughter and what if any progress has been made? No pleas from him or his family anywhere in the press. I might have been just a little on the fence for AB, maybe he had the wool pulled so far over his eyes, but IMO I can't see justification for his actions or lack of. He was her daddy and he was supposed to protect her.

But the note never said anything about Zahra being abducted! I would think, if the charge is falsely reporting a child missing, then that child would be Mr. Coffy's daughter, since she was the one the RN referred to.

she obstructed the case of zahra missing by lying/constructing the note and planting it....

I get the obstruction charge. What I'm not getting is why she was charged with falsely reporting Zahra missing. She never did that, not that I'm aware anyway.

Okay, but if that's what it says, I'm confused. The ransom note never said one word about Zahra.

remember MK, we don't know about what statements were made to LE after they arrived until EB arrested on check charges. Yes AB made the call, but only supposedly when prompted by screaming wife EB running out into back yard to tell him Z is gone. Plus, I am betting a statement was made to LE upon arrival that went something like:

"oh lordy oh lordy, I went in to check on the little thing (cause I hadn't since 2 or 3 this morning) and she was gone, just gone!"

or something to that effect.

EB reported her missing, kidnapped, per note found earlier on fire call.

(TH...missed named) let's home they find some blood or body fluid on mattress. Chatter about urination not showing anything...etc.

Nancy Grace is reporting that the windows at the house have been darkened? Any of our locals notice this? Sorry but I like to get any NG info confirmed secondary because I end up getting a lot of false information from there. Anyone see this themselves?

If this is the case I am just curious how they did it. Did they board up the windows, paint them, put up curtains?

Also I wonder if charges against AB are coming for filing a false report. He is the one that made the 911 call claiming Z is missing.

She was indicted for obstruction but not yet murder? What's the latest? What have they found, removed from the house, etc . I'm trying to catch up. Been gone all day. Is this case breaking for our poor Zahra?

we are also not privy to all the statements given to police... esp by AB..

she could have been the first one to say.. someone took her... and has AB call....

this is the reason the GJ is sealed... so these sort of details do not escape.

if they had went ahead with the wednesday probable cause hearing we would have heard all the details and le is not ready to release them yet.

I am happy... while I want to know what is going on I would rather have a tight case.

the gj had to hear lots of evidence to come to their true bill today.

EB admitted that she wrote the ransom note. To deceive or sidetrack LE, imo, then she lawyered up.

I am lurking, and I really don't want to be a pain in the butt, but for the new people here, or the other lurkers, I think it's important to state the facts and then present your speculations/opinions.

If not, and it's already happening, the sleuthing turns into stew.

Again, NOT trying to be a butt, trying to help out for those that aren't in the thread all day long and jump in to what they think is "news."

Agreed. It would be "drug paraphernalia" which they already listed in the warrant.
