Ugh...that definitely doesn't sound good! :(

sarx and I spoke about this and he/she says it's very normal that LE would keep it. I don't know if it means anything or not but after reading EB's new letters I'm not so sure anymore. Once again the woodchipper comes back into my mind. I mean if EB says that LE knows where she's at then um why haven't they gone and got her yet? Again LE's words haunt my mind. "Pieces of evidence"

I don't know if EB is trying to pin this on AB (per her letters) but I will say that if that child was missing for more than 24 hours then AB KNEW exactly what happened and may have disposed of his own daughter.

BUT I have one question in the very back of my mind ... Did she (EB) live in that house on a full time basis? It bothers me that she didn't even know her own address in that 911 call. Also is there another address used in her booking info?

All MOO and all that jazzmataz.

I agree that is baiting and it's against TOS at websleuths.

Sorry for the double postings. This laptop is the pits! Can you please delete for me? I am still learning the rules here. My apologies.

Just a couple of things, though I hate to bring it up.

Their is a cult of people that believe they are vampires and take it to a sadistic side.

These cults engage in drinking human blood, usually each others. They believe that a child's blood is the purest blood a vampire can drink. They also believe that a vampire's blood has healing powers.

Just some food for thought, no pun intended....really.

Salverenga - thanks for your transcription and your interpretation! You are IMO spot on. I have to add - looking over her shoulder for some psycho - don't waste the energy, just look in a mirror. This woman has clearly crossed the reality line into pure fantasy. Scares the living daylights out of me. Look out NurseBeeme, I'm coming down

Oh well why not. That just fits in with the rest of the weirdness of this mess. Where's my TUMS?

Would be interesting to read huh?

He has been baiting serial killers and murders to talk for many years. I am sure he pressed all the right buttons and said all the right things to stroke her ego and make her feel "safe" to talk to him.

I don't really have a problem with this guy. Actually, if Hubby knew about his site and he had something on there for sale from Charlie Manson, my Hubby would probably buy it for me. Not because I would want it, but because my Hubby would think that I wanted it. KWIM?

ETA: My point being, my Hubby buys some really strange gifts. And at least this guy got her talking.
Teh- I gotta tell ya, I am a thrifter/antique hunter and collector of wierd sh*t- my good friend who passed away last yr had the most incredible collection of 70's wierd 🤬🤬🤬🤬, taxidermy oddities, prisoner folk art, etc. If I were to find Charles Manson's fingernail clippings (ugh) at a yard sale for $1, I'd prolly buy them for the wierdness factor! A clown painting by whatshisname for $10, sure. I wouldn't display them though! LOL

IDK, but I would never want to support someone financially who sells this stuff for a business, who goes out collecting it for that purpose and may possibly pay a convicted sicko for it. They are both profiting from crime and I imagine that it pains their victim's families to no end. JMO

I have no doubt, but that world is so far removed from my train of thought, my lifesytle, I am not sure how much of it I even want to know about. Sleuth in me does, *shakes head* not ready to delve into that one yet friend.

Yeah, I was struck how she wrote, "People actually want to kill me," with surprise. She seems *really* out of touch with the enormity of the situation.

JMO

I agree. And there is no way on earth that the defendant(s) in this case will be able to diminish how much of a victim Zahra was. Child-killers and abusers are at the lowest rung of the prison ladder. :behindbar MOO

If the Virtual World stuff is part of this horrible, horrible crime, then we need to know about it. I for one am clueless.... but not for long..

Me too! He's obviously skilled at getting these types of sickos to write him back. He has a whole website dedicated to it.

BTW - He's asking $1,250.00 for that 3 page letter on white paper.

The post mark is dated 10/28/10. In her letter she talks about being "debriefed this week". I wonder if that debriefing has started and that is what took them back out to Christie Road?

As far as actually going in to one of those places and checking it out ... no way! I will remain clueless. That's just the way I roll. :innocent:

This case is pushing the limits of things because it is so different. We have never had to ponder letting virtual world stuff in before have we? Noetic seems to understand it, and for that I'm glad she has explained it.

i'm curious what his letter to her said.

I would be curious about this as well. It would be much more telling to see both sides of the conversation.

IMO. It takes one VERY immature, sick person to cry about being locked up on Halloween and missing all the fun. "No fair" ?!

WHAT ABOUT Zahra?! Why wasn't she thinking about what she planned to be? Why wasn't her mom rushing around town to find the perfect pieces for her costume? Why wasn't EB planning a party for Z and her friends??

:furious:

  • #336
Oh I'm sure EB was planning a Halloween party, just not for Zahra............

If you see a problem with a post alert on it, don't respond to it and please don't be rude when you do respond.

The alert button is at the top right corner. Thanks. Lets get back to discussing Zahra!

The property reportedly belongs to Fred Causby, a foreman for Real Tree Services. The tree trimming company stores heavy equipment and mulch on the property. According to the Hickory Daily Record, the company has employed Zahra's father, Adam Baker, for about the last six months.

Coffey owns the house, rented by the Bakers. Adam Baker worked for Coffey at a tree-trimming business that has a storage lot in Burke County – a site authorities have repeatedly searched for signs of Zahra.

I'm not sure I'm understanding this. You're saying that Fred Causby owns the property the house sits on, but not the house itself? And he's the forman of the company, but not the owner? The owner is Coffey, and he owns the house and also the business, but not the property the house sits on? Do I have this right? And if so...how odd. Wonder how THAT happened? The property and house being split up like that?
