kcsmom talked to a neighbor at their last residence and was told Zahra was alive and seen when the moved out- so she DID make it to the new house. (but i won't speculate on how long she was or wasn't there)

there are just some things that don't connect- if they did find actual evidence of a body where they are searching wouldn't they have set up "the little blue tent" and have a coroner on scene by now? And if AB led them to the sight and confessed why is he not in custody and why is he even still on scene?

They should have. If they had an actual hit by an HRD dog. If they were following protocol.

And as for the other question....I have no idea. That should not be the case at all.

I just had a rather nasty thought. The only way the blood hit on chippers can not be related to Zahra is if that is what became of the pet kitties that Zahra was not allowed to take with her in the move. Blech. This is terrible to say but I almost hope the remains were animal, not human, as awful as that prospect is it sure beats the other. Might explain mutiple hits on multiple chipper - multiple cats?

ETA does anyone know what did become of Zahra's cats?

Tl, after following Caylee's case for a long time, it was said that Cadaver dogs are trained to hit on human remains, not animal. It might depend on the type dogs they have out there, but I thought I read they were Cadaver dogs.

Actually that isn't necessarily true, it absolutely possible that God willing neither chipper is related to Zahra- how many fingers are lost to wood chippers? If the dogs can hit on bodies buried for years I would imagine they could hit on something that severed a finger or some other body part. We have been told that decomp begins almost immediately after death- wouldn't a finger no longer attached to a body do the same?

(yeah i know not likely- but possible)

MOO is that Zahra was not in that house any longer than about 2 weeks if at all. Dad is getting no pass from me in this.

Evil personified.

Me either...I hope they give him no deals...NONE :furious:

Dogs hit in the backyard at the home. Dogs hit on mulch pile and wood chipper at the equipment location. Could these...ummm...people have brought the mulch from the equipment location to the home????? The fire was in a mulch pile in the back yard of the home, right? Mighty funny, you've got dogs 12 miles away hitting on a mulch pile and a wood chipper, and at the home you have dogs hitting on their vehicles and a mulch pile.
And the step mother is the only one in jail at the moment. I can't believe she would've gone over to his work site or acted alone. :waitasec: MOO

These people or SM seem like copy cats.........like they read and followed
Caylee (gone a month)
like Haleigh, (taken in the middle of the night)
Oj (glove with red goo found)?
like JPowell, (do not talk to LE..lawyer up)
like Kyron's dad ( marriage was a sham)
I only read about 1 woodchipper murder years ago.
But they did find a few pieces of the lady and her husband
was convicted of her murder! JMOO

Do we know why they moved?

If the direction has changed to homicide, one or both of them is responsible.......so therefore I can't figure out right now if AB is being questioned or why he hasn't been picked up on the other charges just to keep him in jail? :waitasec: MOO

Although he had 'other' unrelated outstanding warrants, the news outlets had reported LE said the father was cooperating so they weren't going to act on them.
Maybe its a tactic, if they arrest him, he'll lawyer up. He's talking. Look what he just said about his marriage.Time to distance himself.
Hope he keeps it up.

My guess would be that she was dead by the time her last school was notified that she was going to be homeschooled this year, and presumably that was no later than around the first few days of this school year. The idea of claiming to homeschool her had to be an afterthought, devised to cover either her death or such severe abuse that she couldn't possibly be sent to school without the abuse being discovered. There's no way either AB or the SM had any interest in or intention of homeschooling this or any other child. Something really bad had already happened when they came up with this idea.

At the press conference today it said 10/09 was the last verified date. I think she decided to home school her because of the abuse. Abusers are notorious for isolating their victims. No doubt she died from some form of abuse though imo.

Gosh, I didn't know that.Who owns a taser and threatens mothers and babies with it? Thank you.

I'll take your word for it I don't need the link.

Thanks for that - I just went to look for it, I think nurse put it up in the 2nd thread and we commented on it in 2 & 3. Can't find it. My eyes are blurry, maybe later huh? moo

It might depend on what they were trained on, human cadaver or animal cadaver.

I can understand their tactic, just hopefully he doesn't decide to take off. MOO

I know that is hard to fathom then I realize she is perfectly capable if she is as evil as I think.

My daughter is ten in a few weeks, when she falls asleep crrying her to bed is very difficult. and she is on the petit side. Then again, I can get the job done, its just very very dificult (involves a flight of stairs)
Not to be brutal, but the difference is she's alive and sleeping and you are trying to be careful not to wake her. That's different than carrying a large bulk item that you are not concerned about damaging. Sorry, no better way to try to say it.

They said Zahra was what, 54 lbs? I don't think it would be that terribly difficult, but I carry upwards to 70 lbs all the time at work so I'm conditioned to it. I'm 6' tall and weigh 120 lbs so I'm not a brute by any means.

It can be done people. Adreneline can make a person do unthinkable tasks.

Some prosthesis contain titanium, plastic material and carbon-fiber compounds. Just not sure exactly what the one Zahra had was made of. MOO

My thoughts are that since titanium tends to be the more expensive, she probably had one made from carbon fiber or composite as a core. I doubt they had adequate insurance even to consider covering higher grade prosthesis on a growing child. Also, I don't think they much cared to give her higher end gear.

moo.

True, but what better excuse for a missing child than an abduction or kidnapping in the middle of the night. Using a woodchipper for a murder or to dispose of a body is just beyond me. There is always going to be evidence left behind. I would imagine they could still get a DNA match.

That is a much better thought, but I highly doubt that anybody would go through that much trouble to get rid of some unwanted cats. They would just abandon them or give them to a shelter.

True, but something went into the chipper and if parents wanted to be rid of Zahra they could easily have returned her to her mother, who has spent at least teh last five years looking for her. So much easier and less risky than whatever they have indeed done to/with her.

People we suspect of the sort of cruelty involved in disposing of a body in a wood chipper are the same people IMO who would think nothing of chucking a few cats into one. Perhaps the cats were as annoying to SM as Zahra was?

I know, not likely theory, but let me delude myself, if only for a few minutes :(

The glove with red goo was reported to have been found in the yard.

I imagine by the time school started it probably was very evident that she was being abused an they had to come up with something.
