TUESDAY EVENING: Police are searched a wooded area Tuesday evening dozens of miles from where the missing 10-year-old Zahra Baker was last seen. The scene is down a dead end dirt road off of Hartland Road, north of Morganton, where police spent more than seven hours looking for clues around a wood chipper and in mulch piles

Sorry...another O/T but I just saw this too...OMG...chills...it's nice to see smiles amidst all the tragedy surrounding Little Zahra.

I sooooo want to work for NASA...they did an awesome job designing that...or at least it seems thus far...fingers crossed!

Wow, there goes any claims of innocence! Maybe he was there in handcuffs than, if he's not there by choice.

They can't have him there cuffed against his will.
An arrest warrant would have had to have been issued or served, he would have to be processed which would leave a public record, and if he requested an attorney they would have to provide one. They can't just cuff you and take you to a search scene and hold you against your will.

Reporter from scene on the 11 o'clock news reporting he wasn't co-operating, although he was at the scene. Website isn't updated from the broadcast yet though. Last update was at 7:00. I'm sure I heard it correctly...anyone else see it?

Thank You to all who have followed the miners and brought us this news of a MIRACULOUS recovery of life on this sad evening.

Proof positive that despite the ugly in life there is also great beauty, wonder and joy!

I am so thankful for these miners families!

They can't force him to stay there unless they arrest him.

You are right - inconclusive, but the general build, height, shape of the hariline, etc would not rule him OUT, IYKWIM?
