WSOC on now ...says father is on the search scene but is not being cooperative. Anyone else watching and hear the same thing. Also, saying they are 1/3 way through a pile of mulch they are searching.

How did they get Dad to this spot for him in turn to not cooperate anymore?

Was wondering the same thing teh. Earlier posters were saying it looked like possibly the man in the white tee was handcuffed. When he raised one hand to his face the other one followed quite closely and that led some to speculate he was handcuffed. IDK.. the video is grainy and it's way to hard to tell.

I can't imagine the SAR people will have to sift through the mulch for tiny blood and flesh if little one is in that.

Not right at first it would not be if they didn't want it to be, and maybe he didn't want a lawyer. It could happen.

It is not impossible but HIGHLY unlikely.
If he was arrested he would be booked.
He would be able to say he wants an attorney.
Of course if he can hire his own he can get one before he arrested.

But in a murder case they are not likely to be going against protocol at all, and secretly arresting a suspect, keeping him at a search site for his likely dead daughter cuffed and against his will would be way outside normal protocol.

Goth only has a physical presence thanks to it's early counterpart; The medieval era. The era when everything (science, technology, culture, etc.) went "dark."
Many people still live this "lifestyle",which basically boils down to clothing, and I don't think much of what people wear. I am sure Casey Anthony, Ted Bundy and Charles Manson (a self proclaimed hippy) were well dressed they day they went out to hurt people.

Well if they wanna arrest him they can do it anytime. He has those outstanding warrants. He kinda has to pretend to co-operate with LE right, otherwise they could decide to book him on those charges just like they did to the SM.

Goth isn't really about rebellion. It is more of a state of mental being I would say. Gothic people are often thought to think more about death and gloomy things than most people. Their musical taste is often a good indication of their attitude about life, just like her song on myspace (White Zombie, Living Dead Girl).

I think your hardcore goth would describe themselves as outsiders, real and authentic, not posers, disenfranchised or disconnected from the mainstream, INDIVIDUAL! with such a degree of emphasis that borders on a pathelogical fear driven need to feel validated.


I am now re-reading that and have realized I am not comfortable with that assessment. Earlier I took pains to ascribe no judgment to the goth lifesytle alone. I find reading the above does not fit with that and I still feel that. I guess what I am saying is

In conjunction with all the other evidence, mainly SM's age, position in life, etc the gothicfairy persona seems very inconguous. To the point of making me feel she was attracted to the goth thing in a scary, not much right with this person's thinking, psychotic, drug induced sort of way how I describe SM's relationsihp with all things Goth, and not everyone's.

If I have gone to far I apologize.

ETA My feel for the hardcore goth kid is just that a hard core goth KID. If I m incorrect I apologize profusely if this doesn't fit YOU specifically. Do not misunderstand. I own Rob Zombie, but I also own Patsy Cline, and Eminiem and Hank Williams' Sr. and Jr. and Muddy Waters, etc.

Point being, we all are indviduals, and I am not assigning psychopathic tendencies to Goths, metalheads, young people, the disenfranchised, etc.

I am assigning that SM's fascination with the goth was indiciative of some serious psychological issues on the part of Elisa and Elisa alone.
