Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Department Issues AMBER Alert | NewsDakota

Grand Forks County, ND, Sheriff's Office has issued an Amber Alert for 18 month old Jeylee Azure, whose mother did not return her to the social service office after a visit.

Her 21-year-old mother, Jasmine Davis, may be headed to Belcourt on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation. Azure wasn't returned to social services in Grand Forks after Davis was allowed to visit the child.

Davis was last seen wearing a black shirt with the KFC emblem and black pants. She has a tattoo on her left her left forearm. She's about 5'7," 100 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. - UPDATE: The AMBER Alert has been cancelled and the suspect and child have been found in Grand Forks, according to the North Dakota Emergency Notification System. The child is safe.
