Jamestown Police Attempting to Locate Missing Man | NewsDakota
Sgt. Justin Blinsky reports that the department is currently trying to locate Michael Ray Spencer to check on his well-being. Michael is a 46 year-old white male that is 5’08” and approximately 180 lbs. He is deaf and it is not believed that he has access to a vehicle. Spencer resides in Jamestown.
“Michael was last seen on January 9th in Jamestown,” Major Blinsky states. “His current location is unknown. If anyone has any information to his whereabouts, they should contact the police department immediately.”
