I wonder what that receipt in that Ruger handgun box was really for ?...By the way Ruger has made a 9 shot 22lr Single Action revolver since around 2012. If one of those was used CI would not have had to reload the revolver at the crime scene.I betcha he emptied that revolver on the first three victims and RF (stabbing only) was the last victim and the main target......moo

Wal- Mart only sells handguns in store, in Alaska. All other Wal- Mart stores only sell rifles or shotguns. No other Wal -Mart USA stores stock handguns or order them..... moo

I'm no expert.

Is a revolver a "handgun?"

Maybe they are not real guns, but there are pages of them in stock at the link provided.

Yes. There are two main common types of handguns.... Revolvers and semi-automatics......moo

I just found air rifles and BB guns. Am I missing something?
No you didn't.

And I don't understand the purpose of a gun that can't fire ammunition.

The only guns in that mandan walmart link were bb guns. I think on page 7 of that link they had 38 special ammo in stock and if i remember correctly that was the caliber he used but why in the world would he keep the reciept for the ammo in the box of the gun he used. Quoeting massguy from the other night it stuck with me. If there was a book on how not to commit a murder he must have read it and had it memorized

Has it been reported what he had under his coat when he got back to McDonalds? It sounded like it was something large. That might be why he did this?

I think it was his bloody clothes. They were found at his home in the washer. JMO

What gets me is ci was highly intelligent. So much so he came off as strange. After the fact your average 12yr old would have done better getting rid of the evidence than he did. Just wondering if he thought he was that much smarter than law enforcement or did he wanna get caught?

Just for laughs...

Maybe he kept the receipt because he was unhappy with the gun. He meant to return it to Walmart for a refund o_O

Hmmm
'Isaak attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa, graduating in 2006. That same year, he became a licensed chiropractor, according to the North Dakota Board of Chiropractic Examiners. His license information does not indicate any discipline.'

That's different than what was posted previously. Somehow we were under the impression there was a gap from when he started practicing until he obtained his license.

Replying to #1157 p.58 last thread:

"After I watched this video (very informative), if you click on "more" at the bottom, it states CI was being evicted (He was being evicted from an RJR managed trailer park in Washburn.). I don't recall reading/hearing that anywhere else?"

Several' bodies found at Mandan, North Dakota business, 1 April 2019 *Arrest*

I went to the YouTube video and clicked on "more" and there is no mention of eviction there now. There is a comment asking for the source but there hasn't been a reply.

As iNewZ TV is local, video news from North Dakota, perhaps LE asked them to remove the eviction comment as a totally deranged person might consider it a motive for murder. To date LE have given no motive, and they might want this kept under wraps for the time being.

According to a database that provides information about medical providers, Isaak has been a chiropractor for more than 13 years. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 2006. Isaak was featured in a supplement to the McLean County Independent newspaper in 2015. According to the article, Isaak graduated from Riverdale High School. He was one of three graduates of Riverdale’s class of 1992, according to The Bismarck Tribune archives. Isaak also graduated from United Tribes Technical College in 1999, where he studied nursing.

The following link contains a link to the article which appears on p.7
