Great App - too bad the administration had to leave it up to their students to get it going!
Here is the letter to President Bresciani. All you need to do is enter your email and press send. Be sure to share!

I hadn't seen this, so I wasn't sure if it'd been posted before:

http://knsiradio.com/news/local/audio-bearson-death-mystery/

I have a couple of questions that hopefully if anyone on here is familiar with Fargo, can answer perhaps?

1) Is there a fraternity house near the Trap or TB's dorm (or in-between)?
2) If so, the name of that fraternity?
3) How many fraternities in Fargo?
4) Does NDSU Bison football have it's own fraternity?

I'm sorry if these questions sound odd because I am not very fraternity savvy at all. Perhaps someone here can educate me on these questions.

I just happened to jump on & see this... ALL of the frat houses are between the house Tom was last reported seen at & the dorms. They are all located in the same area.

Sorry - don't mean to hijack the thread. Just some news on what I had considered a potentially related case. Jacob Heisinger was found deceased this afternoon in Brookings. The initial comments from LE say it appears accidental.

I have to wonder about this. Too many similarities to other cases we're seeing. Perhaps I'm paranoid.

It bothers me that the rote wordage "No foul play suspected" is so easily stated almost every time so early. Why is that? Many other things are held back, but often not that? Why is that SO important to state immediately and so often?

What do you ALL think about a tweet on a student's twitter (appears retweeted from St Cloud Times or Fargo Police's twitter) at 11:03 AM on 9-23-14 re: TB being found deceased and that an autopsy will be conducted. But....tweet does NOT appear on either St Cloud Times twitter or Fargo Police's twitter on that date???

Any chance your time zone settings are wrong on your twitter account? According to my timeline, the St Cloud Times tweeted that exact tweet at 1:03 pm central time on 9/23/14.

Also - if the tweet someone retweeted is deleted, so goes the retweet. -that could almost be a line in a rap song btw. :)

The quiet public outrage, and hysteria, IMO!

The quiet public outrage, and hysteria, IMO!

I grew up in a relatively large metro area and went to college in an extremely large area. Fargo, ND is really bizarre. This place is 210,000 maybe metro and it's ran like a small town with the politics that come along with it. I donno I was on break at work and this case came across my mind.

TY, good long article that describes a lot about Tom and college, his life.

Added it to Case Archive, btw, may be easier to read there.

"And then he grabbed his backpack and then headed out," Sharp said. It was 10 p.m. Bearson didn't say where he was headed. (Taken from article..)

The "backpack" is curious. Who takes a backpack with them when they are going out? (Andrew Sadek). I wonder if they found his backpack?

My parents live in North Dakota. My mom said the news showed footage of Tommy leaving his dorm that night - with his backpack on and it was eerily reminiscent of Sadek's pictures.. She told me this when TB was still a "missing person." But I could never find the footage & "wrote her off as being confused.." After reading this article, I guess she may have been right. Anyone see/hear of the footage?

I'm sure it exists. It is troubling to me that the news hasn't showed that footage again. Why? Didn't want the public to get in an uproar and associate the two deaths more than they already do?

Pretty scary stuff.

Wow! My sister mentioned the same thing to me.
She said, "They showed pictures of him (TB) with his backpack on leaving the dorm & he looked like he was heading to his death just like Andrew was." She lives in North Dakota as well.

That gives me goose bumps. I'm going to look for that footage. She usually watches CBS, I think, but I'm going to ask her where she saw it at. I had sort of forgotten about that. I think the use of the backpack is curious too.

It also sounds like he was in decent shape (not too drunk as many of us have talked about) if he is snapchatting his old guy friends from high school. Who would do that if they were really partying it up?

I'm now betting toxicology comes back clean on TB just as Andrew Sadek's did.
That toxicology should be coming back soon, right?

"No clothes in the closet. No books on the desk. No sheets on the bed.

That's what Wyatt Sharp found when he returned to the North Dakota State University campus after a late September weekend spent in his hometown of Crosby, Minn."

How did they know by the time his roommate came back from the weekend that Tommy was not going to be returning to the college? It seems like they knew he was deceased even before they found his remains.

Thank you for posting this. Interesting to note that it says his final "tweet" was at 1:20 am. Good to know considering it has been difficult trying to put together a timeline in this case.

That wasn't a tweet, but he was sending and receiving messages until then (Snapchat, I believe). That would have been around the time he got to the house, so he may have just stopped sending any and maybe didn't notice that one came in because of the noise or was otherwise distracted. This whole thing is just too confusing! MOO

The 01:23 20 Sep 14 tweet was indeed the last tweet from TB twitter account.
