Is it a fact that Tommy's body was lying in the Rv lot for 4 days? I haven't found anything saying when he was dropped off at the RV lot. Was no one working there. Do they not check their lot?

I remember reading a post about a websleuth member was going to check the RV lot out. This poster said they had gone over their after the lot was closed. I wonder if this could be the person police are looking for in the black and green hat.

Is it against the rules or law to send CM a tweet? For instance , CM: What happened to that tweet that said something to the effect of if you ever steal from me again. i'll kill you. Is there a reason people do not?

I believe i read that Tommy wasn't going to get a ride home with his baseball player friend till noon the next day. So who are the baseball players he might be meeting with at 340am? Scott Diamond was the arresting officer in his case the week before. Another Scott Diamond pitches for the twins or did before being traded from the Twins to the Reds last season . CM's arresting officer was a Dawson. Used to be an Andre Dawson played for the Cubs.
BBM..Exactly. I have thought the same thing. How do we know Tom laid there for 4 days? It is odd that he would not have been spotted before Tuesday. RV lots tend to be busy this time of year, people are getting ready to winterize their RV's and need supplies not to mention those who are looking to buy. Interesting... the names of the officers relative to baseball.

I doubt a homeless person would have a car to transport the body to Moorhead.
Agree, and that's what she said also. She was telling me about all the crazy homeless people on the buses. He may have run into some people who didn't like a well dressed white kid.

But het what do I know, I've only had my kids living up there for over 4 years now. I'm obviously clueless.

So the mother of one of TB's high school friends writes a touching tribute about TB which effectively counters a recently published piece. Very good.
However, I garnered an interesting piece of info from it: TB was no longer playing basketball for his school.
He had been the captain of his high school basketball team with all of the popularity that brings. TB was tall enough & a point guard.....why wasn't he attending a college where he could continue to play the game he so loved?
He played everyday with his high school chum in the summer to help his friend hone his game for college (according to the friend's Mom's article). What happened to TB's own game? How'd he feel about not having that huge source of popularity going on within his circle at the collegiate level?
Did he miss that part of his identity & if so, how did he cope?
Bear in mind, he was young with very limited life experience skills.
Was TB on a path of re-inventing himself as a cool bad-boy gangsta' but it put him in grave danger?

Beyond the surface, did anybody really know TB or ask him the real questions?

Poor guy.

All moo

I'm trying real hard not to get my head caught up in something being verbally expressed as indicating a definite clue, such as "brutally murdered while walking alone". I remind myself that people's words are often based on what they've heard/read even if they are close to the situation. But yet it is odd isn't it? This case has my mind swirling and I can't seem to stick to any particular theory. Jggordo's last post has once again made me question whether the tragedy occurred before or after 3:40 AM. I do find it suspicious that TB wouldn't have opened the last message via Snapchat with his good buddy, if he was just hanging out anyway. Apparently on Snapchat you can tell whether or not its been opened? (I'm not familiar with Snapchat). Someone else earlier in this thread made a point that has struck me also, and that was regarding it being mentioned that a trap "member" said along with "no clue" where TB was going at 3:40 AM but also that he mentioned he might go hang out with baseball players. That just strikes me as odd. Why would he go hang out with baseball players knowing full well that he'd be catching a ride along with at least one of them (to Sartell) soon enough, wouldn't he just say "heading home" (dorm), where that other baseball player resides?
TB taking his backpack to go just hang with the trap members seems like its indicative of something to me, but I'm not sure of what? I doubt it was to study with them.
I have an inkling that TB was not at the RV park on Monday 9/22, or it would be awfully strange that no one noticed that during working hours. Can we speculate here? Speculating is not the same as a rumor, right? Could he have been dragged post-mortem to avoid DNA inside a vehicle in order to move his body?

I also think this is wierd, but remember in the police said he was found due to a tip leading them to search the area which resulted in them finding the body after only 20 minutes. The owners of the property didn't even find him, so i think its possible it could have been there from 9/20 - 9/23. They have a tip that led them there so I'm sure they have lots of information, and its possible they even have a suspect(s) but are still putting together more evidence.

And I'm a 21 year old with snapchat, and it seems wierd to me that he wouldn't have at least opened an unread video on it within the 2 hour period in which his friends claim he was still alive which was after he stopped snapchatting.

I would surmise that a good indicator of time of death (without official results ofcourse) could be TB's past history of how often he tweeted, texted, etc on his phone....and the point when its use went silent.... Can phone records indicate that?

I'm trying to picture in my mind a young man like TB saying to other young men "I think I might go hang out with baseball players".....

I asked one of my sons about this scenario, I was curious what his response would be...He said "no I'd probably just say going to hang with friends, because that wouldn't be any of their (other friends) business..."

He could have said it that way and CM was just paraphrasing - not wanting to call anyone out.

Yes, that crossed my mind, or possibly that when the media reported the comment they left out name(s) and replaced that. But why? Other main names have been evident in tweets and media.

Yea, I dunno? Not much about this case makes sense to me :banghead:

Very early on in this thread, someone made a point that has stuck with me...and that was....
"If he was attacked by random strangers they would have no real reason to move the body, as they are already unknown to the victim. Why take the chance in moving him if you don't need to. His body had to have been moved because he was with people he knew, and had to move him from a location he was known to have been at. He was lifted over a fence and that takes more than one person".

Well, I've lived here all my life so let me help you out. The transit system only runs from 7am to 11pm so he didn't run into any homeless people, crazy or otherwise, on a bus. And as far as homeless people, we don't have a very large population since when the temperatures in the winter reach -20 to -30 below zero, a brown house with the words 'this side up' on it isn't going to suffice.

I know that LE couldn't care less about us strangers on a website, but I really wish they would let a little bit more or as to what they know. The Christina Morris case recently got a surge, wishing this one would as well.

It could be that the comment merely meant he was going home for the weekend with one of the baseball players and going to be hanging out that weekend. If we take it a bit less literally, it could mean in the next few days vs the next few minutes/hours. Just a thought

yes!! i agree with all of this, except the fence could have been open and they went right in. I hardly believe he just ended up dead there across town without being moved
