SOMEBODY does know... anyone with any kind of morals would have admitted to it already... what makes it look even worse for Scott is that he HAS been in prison before and I am sure does not want to go back, and until there is evidence to put him away (if he did it) he isn't going to breathe a word to anyone... why would he... why would anyone if they knew they could get away with murder

What I find strange is that we haven't heard anything about anyone being taken in for questioning -- not even Scott!! WDYT??
How about was a polygraph offered and then refused? Did he hire an attorney?? So many questions!!!!!

Some of the information on the time line that I know... I should not. I have got some of it on my own (which could get me in trouble) and some is from some of the people being investigated. I would love to share but I am in a rough position.

I totally understand. I would not want to put anyone in a position to get in trouble or their safety comprimised. Or the investigation to become comprimised in anyway either - that is what is most important is bringing this killer to justice!!!!

Do you think you have any clue to the "ex"s sons mother? If that is something you can't answer, I completly understand this as well.

I just had to order birth certificates... I guess I never asked Corrie what Wyatts last name was (I guess it didn't ever seem important), but birth certificates are public record arn't they?

I just order BC's as well -- however, I am not sure if just plain old anyone can get them. You might be able to but the thing is -- you would have to know the county he was born in.

Thinking of Wyatt... if Scott and Corrie were trying to get custody of him... if the mother had custody of him she would have to be at the court hearings... only the grandparents were there... I don't remember Corrie ever mentioning anything about Wyatts mother... only the grandmother. She did not ever mention if she was alive or dead either.

Speaking as a mother, I would cross alligator infested rivers to be with my children. Looking at Corrie in her pictures, she would most likely do the same for her daughter. Unless, the mother is incarcerated, ruled unfit (this usually takes alot - just look at all the other tragic cases on this website) or deceased - I don't see how the grandparents would have custody otherwise. And why would Scott not automatically get custody?? I wonder what the issue is there?? Did he have a good job before the construction business??? He seemingly has ZERO assets. So, is it basically because Corrie gave him a better life, he was able to try and gain custody of his child?? I go back to my theory and trust me, I do not know these two, have never met these two -- this is only with what we have learned on the web - so, again my theory is pure and utter speculation - Did he have a motive to kill her if she left him?? Would he loose everything??

BTW, which grandparents had custody?? Scotts parents or his actual grandparents?? I am confused!!!

Okay, that makes more sense -- I thought you said it was Scott's parents that were taking care of him. Thanks for clearing that up.
