Thanks all for clearing it up for me!! Wow this is getting confusing!! I agree that the concept of Corrie being killed before she arrived home is highly unlikely. I also have the opinion that drinking played a large part in this and that she was killed during an arguement or fit of rage. Given what we have to go on so far that is what makes sense to me.

Thank You mmleikam for the info, I am interested to see what your friend says to your myspace mesage. It may help clear things up time wise.

Does anyone know how Scott got home that night (or to the second house where he may have stayed?), was he driving himself or did someone have to drive him as we know that he was drinking? Is it possible that something happened between Scott and Corrie and he had consumed enough alcohol to be in a blackout and does not remember? Far fetched I know but I have had those moments waking up and having no clue where half of my night went!!

It wasn't a girl that washed the sheets. Maybe you should contact the local LE to verify this, they know who washed the sheets and it wasn't her. The person fired from Viaero wasn't fired for the phone calls it was a TOTALLY different reason. There have been 6 people fired from there in a little over a year so eveidently it's a hard job to keep. I talked to her shortly after she got fired and it wasn't for that reason so please stop speculating. She has nothing to do with this case and she has to live here in this town with her family and doesn't need these lies. Just please stop and let's get back on track with Corrie

Look, folks, there is no such thing as "proof by repeated assertion".

--If you want to make a claim that something happened, back it up with verifiable evidence.

--If you know something happened because you, yourself, witnessed it, then say so.

--HOWEVER, if you want to say that you believe something because it was told to you by someone else but you have nothing to back it up, understand that people are going to be skeptical and rightly so. Repeatedly asserting that what you say is true and telling other people to just believe you is pointless.

If you want to take the position that "I know this is true, but I can't back it up and you have to believe me", please do not be so annoying as to repeat it over and over. People probably will not believe you, especially if you have not established that you have access to the information to establish your point.

Hearsay is generally inadmissible for a reason.

My heart aches for Corrie's family - they should be able to sleep at night knowing their little girl's killer is forever behind bars. I am getting so sick and tired of all this domestic violence going on in this world, it is just disgusting!!!!!!!

I think I give up. Too bad you can't get a an answer from someone without them getting all defensive, and if you do it changes. I don't know how many looked at the Blue Crime blog, but the last two comments have been deleted and the blogger stated they would not tolerate threats and it could be shut down. I did happen to read both before that. Old habits are hard to break and you are who you are. Some little things struck me as I read those posts. Funny how the last post that claimed to be the girl fired started. Okay, "Here ya go." Seems I have seen that somewhere in. Seems the attacks were somewhat familiar. Also the tendency to drop an "e" at the end of a word once in a while was there too. Having to live in this town with family was mentioned, all very familiar. I'm no Sherlock Holmes, but do we have the girl in question about the sheets and being fired on here and also on Blue Crime, or someone impersonating her on the other blog?? Just my opinion, but I think someone should be very nervous this is going to be all straightened out and might wish they had not tried to obstruct justice by throwing out false information.

I don't know what to make of the post on the blue crime site. I was able to read both of them before being deleted. It sounds like someone was trying to get something out there that we haven't heard yet. It is difficult to know if anything is true or not.

This was my original post. Though, I do you give you credit Missie because you did suggest doing this pages ago. I started to make the list of maybes and added in one fact. I had to get up from the computer and didn't continue at that time. I am really sorry if I did something to offend you because that was not my intention.

Poker Chips, to be honest with you I had sent the letter off to get an opinon from someone and put it on hold. However, thanks to your post I just sent two emails. It might be a long shot but something needs to happen. Local media isn't even covering this case very well.

Maybe if some emailed local media and told about the great interest and questions about this case online it might get a reporter to look into the case more and give some attention and do some investigative reporting??

Misty, good idea - I just emailed the reporter who did the story in Omaha. I will see if I hear back and if not I will email some other reporters from different papers.
