Great Job! Hopefully it will spark their interest and make them want to dive into this case and do some digging and get some factual information out there maybe once the media starts putting the heat on a drawing attention it will get the ball rolling to help get this case solved.

Good Job!! Hopefully you will hear something and hopefully it will be SOON!! This case is turning cold and that just makes me sick to my stomach to think that it has gone on for this long now and still nothing!!! Corrie's killer HAS to be brought to justice!!!

I have been reading this thread for awhile now. My parents used to know Corrie's parents and I have family from the area that still know them. Very sad situation and very strange. I think I have read almost every post and article about Corrie's death and find it very strange that there is very little media coverage and very little released as to progress being made(I know the rest of you feel the same way). I think the election coverage has taken center stage over the last couple months so that has something to do with it(sadly). I am completly SHOCKED that the sheets were washed and the house was "cleaned up". How does this happen? Is the local LE experienced in this type of situation-why was a forensics team from the state lab not called immediatley? Can someone clearly explain the 24 hour timeline of what happened from the time Scott called 911 (around 10am)? This thread is very blurry and I'm sure emotions are running very high based on associations with and relationships with people who know Scott and Corrie and their families and friends. I believe there are a few posters on here who like me are looking at this with no pre-conceived beliefs as to who is to blame. I like most of you believe that someone reading thread knows vital information regarding this case and encourage posters to be deliberate and upfront if they choose to reveal this information. I'm not sure this case will get the media coverage that we all would like to see--the Grant paper had another article today-very uninformative. It's almost like the newspaper and local LE would rather this situation "just go away"....I'm sure you all(and many many others) have the same nagging feeling in your gut that I do that does not want that to happen.

I know what you mean! It is so frusterating that this case isn't getting an coverage and that NO new info is coming out and the info that has come out has be VERY minimal!! The frusteration that myself and a lot of people have is unbelievable! I thought that this would have been taken care of even before the funeral and here we are over a month since it happened and still NOTHING!!

I don’t think we know the specific circumstances of his conviction (does anyone?), but for reference, here is a case description of a guy named Phillip Adams who was indicated on charges of Theft by Deception and Terroristic Threats. (The state alleged that Adams had taken money from a number of women through false representations and had threatened some of the women when they sought to get their money back.) Not saying this is what happened in Scott's case - I was just trying to understand what these charges could be.

uhhh....this doesn't help Scott's case very much. Looks like a history of not being able to keep his anger under control-mix in some drugs and alcohol and what to we get: a prime murder suspect.

Even if Scott didn't do it, why are people standing behind him on this thread as this "incredible person" who "would never do something like that" If he ran the town mission and delivered meals to the elderly and didn't have 18 + prior convictions that all have some connection to how Corrie might have died then yes, He MIGHT be a great person. WAKE UP PEOPLE--Scott is not the kind of person that you want to be around very long--admit you may not know him as well as you think you do...if trouble can't find Scott, then Scott will go find trouble.

:blowkiss:Loving you now cloud -- That is GREAT info and I too have a hunch he had a violent history. I had this eerie feeling he did something to the childs mother, but that was just my hunch and speculation. It isn't natural for a mother to leave her kid behind. I know the circumstances could range in a variety of things.

Okay, I DID HEAR back from the reporter. He said since he covered this case his duties had changed and he forwarded my email on to those that were supposed to be taking over for him. He also said he heard police botched the case and have I heard the same???

I think we need to send his VIOLENT criminal history back to this Omaha reporter and see if he can get someone to REALLY help us on this one. If that fails, how about the local paper running his criminal public record history?? See what the town folks think about that one.
