Did anyone look and see his harrasment charges are all within a few days/weeks -- This is all following his theft by deception charge. He was order to pay a little over 3,000 in a civil settlement at one point - and at another filed Chapter 13 bankrupcy - when I looked up Chap 13, it is the type you pay back to your creditors in payments, if I read that correctly.

This case is so very odd to me. While I can "somewhat' understand the aquaintances being quite, I have a difficult time understanding the family being quite.. "Scotty's record speaks volumne's no doubt. I pray something is done on this case and it is not just pushed to the side as it currently appears to be

Actually, I'm pretty sure her parents had custody, but that Scott and Corrie had just been awarded custody of Wyatt shortly before she had died.

Here is a little more info on Scott from Pace, Florida. The dates fit during the time of a "Lull" in Lancaster County Nebr. The age and birthdate 8/16/70 fit. Don't know if the cases were all dismissed because he had left the state or what but apparently never went to court. These are minor for the most part. I have not found anything on the other addresses that show on people search.

PC, good find. I found an address in Milton, FL that matches his family mark up -- I believe it is his father and his mother also has connections to Mass -- I guess we could check the courts in Mass as well. On top of being a prime murder suspect, I have a pet peeve for people that have so many repeated DUI/DWI's because they are murderers on WHEELS!!! A judge needs to take away this mans license FOREVER - and he was just arrested again in October for this. :furious::furious::furious::furious::furious::furious::furious::furious:

Yes, good find.

If you look at the details of these charges that were in 1997 and 1998, I see notes like “Capias Issue” which I believe is a warrant for no show, then “Capias Recalled” (warrant recalled), “Nolle Prosequi” which I believe means “Do not pursue,” then “Case Dismissed.”

Sounds like as you mention he left the state and eventually they dismissed these charges. They add to the history though.

IMO - Scott clearly has a short fuse. I am hoping that the "quiet" in this case is an indication that LE has a good handle on it and are waiting for conclusive evidence.

I agree the "Quiet" might be a good thing and they are being patient. Sure hope so!!!!
I have been doing some thinking about the cell conversations that night. If in fact they did occur and between who. I am assuming Law Enforcement has all the records of everyone involved. Especially the "Persons of Interest" they keep mentioning. It might take some time, but I think the whereabouts of the ones making or receiving the calls could be verified to some extent. By obtaining a court order, the companies involved would have to provide the info on each phone. They can produce records of what specific tower was used to place or receive a call, thereby putting those persons in somewhat of a limited area. Depending on what carrier they use, that area could be cut down considerable. It would also let them know if Corrie or whoever used her phone, was on the move if they happened to change towers along the way. Our society being the privacy freaks we are, might make it a little harder to find "Just Cause" to get a court order to do that. These records and the approximate time of death might take some time to put together, but might also lead to something. What do ya think? Just another thought I hope they are looking into.

Why are all of you tearing and ripping into someones life??? I can't belieive it, if it was my life I would be so hurt even after what Scott has been through and you still do this to him. He isn't the one you need to be pointing fingers at it's the other people you need to look into. If you have ties to Grant, like you say you do then maybe you should get the other peoples names and start checking them, your wasting you time on Scott.
