I wonder why he was supposed to go to outpatient therapy....what kind of therapy. If it had been for alcohol it would have said outpatient treatment. He wasn't supposed to have any contact with who????

I believe the case in the District Court is for the terroristic threats allegedly made by Scott to a man and woman in Oct. The court ordered he was to have no contact with them - I blanked out their names - they haven't been mentioned on here previously.

Speculating on the outpatient therapy - maybe Scott's public defender said his grief triggered the incident or something so the judge ordered some kind of counseling or anger management therapy?

I also believe he is going back in because he violated his probation with the feds. He was in fed prison for weapons charges as well which I didn't know.

The only reason this thread falls back is the massive amount of bad news and crime we see every day. It is so sad to look up each day and see another wife, mother, child, husband, son, lost to a senseless murder. Lately it seems like even more than normal. Hopefully Corrie will get justice soon in '09. :blowkiss:

Also, I will call the press tomorrow and see if there are any developments. This is going to sound nuts but my dog ate my phone an hour before my flight out for the holidays!! I lost all my numbers because the little bugger piearced right through the screen. I think with my level of expertise in finding people on the web I will be able to recollect the numbers of who I need to contact

Scott is living on with his merry ole life. It makes me wonder if he was so drunk he doesn't remember killing Corrie. Then again, he isn't giving any public outcry to find out who did this to her either. Very Strange. I believe from insider information that "Red" Melissa Dutton is innocent.

I am curious as to the game plan of the investigators at this very moment. There has been chatter that they are closing in on Scott but take that with a grain of salt. As far as I have heard the feds want him back in jail - so I think in terms of the district court date; this will be interesting to see how it plays out. How much more money can the state of Nebraska waste on this low-life?? I should run the numbers today. Multiple Trials, Police, Investigators, Etc Etc Etc... Like I said before, my prayers ride the NSP are taking their time to make SURE he gets as long as sentence as earthly possible!!!!!
