Since Hannah was close to delivering my first thought was someone performed an emergency/illegal C-section to steal the baby, but it sounds like both were killed for other reasons ?

Authorities conduct multi-county search for bodies of missing Stromsburg couple

Authorities are in Saunders County on Tuesday searching for the bodies of a Stromsburg couple who vanished on Jan. 15.

The Saunders County Sheriff’s Office said in a social media post at 9:41 a.m. on Tuesday that authorities were in the area of Roads 22 and R, just north of Malmo. Records show that Tanner lived in the area.

LPD Lt. Dustin Romshek said digital evidence via statements from the community and social media led crews to search the area. He believes the search could take several days given the large amount of ground authorities need to cover.

Two charged in murder of couple and unborn child in Lancaster County

LINCOLN, Neb. — More information has been released about the murder of two people and an unborn child, as two people have been formally charged.

Sterling James, 24, is charged in Lancaster County Court with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of first-degree murder of an unborn child and tampering with physical evidence.


Sayde Titus, 22, is charged in Lancaster County Court with three counts of being an accessory to a felony and one count of tampering with physical evidence.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for the Lincoln man accused of murdering his half-brother and his wife who was 32 weeks pregnant.

Sterling James, 24, and his wife Sayde Titus, 22, were arraigned in Lancaster County Court on Thursday. They’re accused in the murder of Hannah Neville, 26, and her husband, Roberto Tanner, 27, a Stromsburg couple whose bodies have yet to be located.
