Do you think the cash he had on him at the time could've been used to make a purchase of some kind on his way to the school?
I really don't think so, as it was a residential area, and if it was a big item, he would have to carry it in his coworker's car and store it at the restaurant till he finished work. There is a gas station near the school though, but I don't think he would've needed to buy something there before meeting the coworker. But it is possible!

Another house on Jason's block has just sold recently. I won't give the exact one, but very close to his. The house has been owned by the same family since 2001. Whenever a house in the area sells there's always a small window of hope that something can be uncovered during possible renovations 🤞

Makes me wonder if there has been similar cases like this where eventually some new owners found something. I am sure there must have been.

Yes, drugs.
I vehemently disagree with that. Some of us have been following this missing person case for many years, and in my opinion there is no reason whatsoever to come to that conclusion. If you read and research just about everything over the years in this case, including comments online from JJ's friends and acquaintances, drugs is not part of the equation in this missing person case. IMO.
