Autopsy results, a 911 tape and a MySpace page were enough evidence for a Sarpy County Court judge on Monday to find probable cause to put a Papillion man on trial for second-degree murder.

A Papillion man was given 18-to-20 years in a Nebraska prison for killing his mother's boyfriend in 2008. District Judge David Arterburn on Tuesday also gave Eric Wallace a year for assault, to be served after his longer term...

Wallace pleaded guilty to manslaughter and the assault charge.
