The U.S. Marshal's Office has been searching for Denys Ray Hughes since May 2011 when he failed to show up at a halfway house in Milwaukee after his release from a Colorado prison.

It's possible that he was labeled a fugitive when he failed to meet his parole responsibilities because he was dead.

thanks for the update! i have to say, i need to brush up on my sleuthing skills because i never would have connected that recon to this guy. hopefully the more cases i follow here, the better i'll get at seeing what could be there.
