NORFOLK, NE — a 62-year old Norfolk man is missing and police need help locating him.

Willis Keith Higgins was last seen wearing blue jeans with suspenders and a dark blue coat with a grey shirt. Higgins was also seen wearing a grey and blue baseball cap near the 800 block of South 13 Street in Norfolk.

Police say he is believed to be heading to the Omaha area. He is hard of hearing and will need his medication according to police.

If you see him, give police a call regarding his whereabouts.
