Need to find out if somebody has been to court..

Probably for drinking-related offenses. I can't get the information in our home country due to privacy laws, however, I know this person has been done for crimes in the UK, Belgium and the US. I've been spoon-fed information for years by this individual and I want to find out WHAT I'm actually dealing with.
