guess they never shut down the "investigation"..... WHY???? ARE THEY DOING THIS??????:furious::waitasec::furious:
I sat at a table with CA when TES was there on the first search...CA after eating, threw her hands up in the air and said "This is all a waste of time", then stomped off....now why would she want those records if it was all such a waste??

If this is true, it makes no sense to me at all. The A's are witnesses only in this case. What right do they have to any of TES's information? Are they now attempting to run their own "KC Defence Team"?

I posted yesterday that I am wondering if BC is trying to take over from JB and wants to represent Casey with the family's blessing. Now this makes me wonder even more.

Cindy was at a TES search? Wow! i thought she so despised Tim's help and everyone associated with the searches so much that she'd never have been there! Cindy is one 'strange bird', and it's hard to figure out why or what may be the reasons for any statements or moves made by her. Just my opinions.
Her and George showed up long enough to eat, that was about it.....that was on the first search, first day. The next day they showed up again and were there about 5 min, til a camera man was trying to ask questions, again...off they went.....

This family never ceases to amaze me! The antics and displays throughout this entire tragic situation has been so opposite of how most of us would react! I don't understand Cindy at all!
It's always bothered me how Cindy has never, not one time, thanked anyone for any help that was given to their family. For instance, the TES search was a huge event, and had that been me and all those people came from all over the country to search for my little girl, I would have been beside myself with trying to express to everyone my heartfelt appreciation for being there, for taking their time and energy on behalf of my lost little one. Cindy appears to have the same feelings of entitlement that her monster daughter has! I find that to be a very crude trait, personally.
How was George? Did he interact in the same way? Somehow I have sympathy and empathy for him that I can't find for Cindy.
Hubby describes George as over friendly, acted very thankful for those there to help...Hubby and sons were directing traffic for the search, George ran up to them like he was their best buddy, ran and got them all T-shirts to wear....Kid Finder guy, DM, couldn't give them enough hamburgers to eat!!ha!! MO of GA, a real smooth talker. He was however, spending one on one time with those that wanted to talk with him...I never got the chance, as CA threw a hissy and insisted on leaving....so GA followed right along with her.....

Thank you for sharing your inside info here, camcneishg. That's exactly how I figured life for poor George to be! Watching Cindy throw hissies! LOL! Following Cindy around, and obeying Cindy! Geez what a life he has!
That's wonderful that you, your hubby and sons went out to help in the search.
I think Cindy and George made a big mistake whe they parted ways with Marc Nejame... he seems to be a kind soul, and he's really on the ball. I'm glad Tim Miller has his representation now.

Nobody's witholding anything relevant. JB has a public record for scattershot requests, with no follow through.

He was allowed access to the area, right after it was searched for remains. He said "no" weeks later he comes back and demands access for an "entymologist" who isn't even on the witness list.

The guy is desperate.

He didn't even SPECIFY area, when he filed his motion!

A bit o/t...

What I heard on the tape was JB asking for his "botanist" to see the scene, not an entomologist. The plant growth in the area apparently interests them, there is a lot of regrowth since LE swept through the scene (and I am in no way saying JB knows what he is doing or what he is looking for!). NG kept saying "entomologist" and no one corrected her, I kept thinking Natisha or Jean Casares would but they didn't.

Phishing, fishing. Defense, defence. In the words of the crackhead heard round the world, "Can't we all just get along?

The part I am confused about is it seems that Judge S is now walking JB through how to properly word and file his motion. I would think he would have denied it just on technical merit and not even have had to address Mr. Nejame's response. He should have never even made it up to bat with a motion asking for things he has no right to have. Judge S should not be explaining to attorneys how to write motions. He should have merely denied and stated why.
I reckon I aint doin' surgery 'cause I don't know how.

It disturbs me to know JB is instructing future attorneys...

He shouldn't even be instructing a kindergarten class in their ABC's.

correction...The A's have now sent a letter to TES requesting all records....

Hmmm. BC waives A's right to complaint about MN conflict .

BC asks for ALL records.

What's wrong with this picture?

I also find it interesting that he's asking for ALL records. Which means we're back to square one in terms of time and money spent by TES to do this. Is this a personal request instead, directly from the A's? Hmmm. Now why would they need that info? Unless it was a backhanded way to get what Baez wanted, through the "friendly", grieving grandparents door.

It can't be that obvious, can it????

Anthony's Defense Files New Motion
Defense Seeks To Block Testimony From Bounty Hunter
POSTED: Thursday, July 16, 2009
UPDATED: 5:59 pm EDT July 16, 2009
<snipped>
The defense is also seeking access to documents created by Texas Equusearch and its founder Tim Miller. The search group assisted in searches for Anthony's missing daughter, Caylee Anthony.

The documents the defense is seeking are in Texas and are not subject to Florida circuit court subpoenas, but the defense is seeking to have Miller certified as a material witness. The defense hopes to add more weight to the their argument that Miller and the records he maintains identifying those who searched for Caylee's body should be produced.

I know there were many people from this forum who volunteered (and many who sent food, water, prayer and other means of support) and I am interested in your reaction to the defense's request for your personal info.

Wonder if JW's name will appear on any list.

ETA: I don't know why, but THIS is really p*ssing me off. I hope the State requests all the PIs records because once upon a time they were REALLY close to finding Caylee. Actually, if my memory serves me right they went out looking for her with a stick!

It gets me :furious: too. The nerve of Jose thinking he can have access to all of TES's records. Well, I can only hope he gets laughed out of court on this one ! Last time Mark N. took him to school and he's literally asking for it to happen again.

Me and my family went down in November to search, so you might say I have a vested interest in this one.

I am interested in hearing from the legal eagles on this one...how far do you think Jose will get on this ?

I think allowing this would set a very bad precedent.

How many will volunteer for searches in the future, if they know their personal information is not protected?

  • #176
Gee, I had forgotten about MN representing TES's interests. This case is so convoluted.

We'd better put up the WS signal for Friday!! She's probably hoppin' mad right now. Plus, I miss her post's.

This is ridiculous.

I also think blocking LP's testimony and that of FBH and Rob is crazy. Truth hurts or something else?

You know I hate to say I would let it affect my decision to go on future searches, but I just don't know. I am worried it would decrease participation in future searches depending on how much personal information is released and what is done with that info.

I was right there with you, Searchfortruth ~ And wouldn't mind helping out the prosecution any way I possibly could but would hate, hate, hate to have to give the defense any information!! :furious:
