Ok...you guys are starting to convince me that it is possible that SA didn't kill TH....with that said...I do think he knows who did and was involved in some way...I'm officially on the fence now!

What really bugs me is that burnt seat by the fire pit....it did the first time I saw it....I do believe Tawny is right...I think the video of that red seat IS in EA's garage...so if that is the case...if it is in fact the same seat--then WHY was it taken out of EA's garage and burnt that night?

posting this again. If you have not read it yet, you should!

on page 13, they took SA to the hospital because they had a warrant for his DNA and to inspect his body. 2 swabs were taken in his groin area (ewwwwwww lol) but then it was decided that the warrant didn't cover this, so they were put into a biohazard/sharps bin and SA was taken to another room.

Another source of SA's DNA out there. IMO

The medical person wanted to take more swabs (anal area, possibly?) and they said "no". Why would someone swab your genital area? Sweat? They very well could have used this to smear on the key.

I never heard they burned a seat from EA's garage. Just that they were burning general items of garbage. Dassey mentioned getting something out of his own garage to burn but that was a cabinet.

Oops...forgot to mention IMHO....I haven't heard that either, just speculation...a seat is clearly burned next to the fire pit in the pictures, could be any seat from the lot...clearly there were thousands there...just a hunch it was from EA's garage...I wonder if there is anyway to find out????

Maybe that's how Kratz knew it was sweat on her key and hood because it came from Avery's sweaty ball sack. Kratz probably got turned on just thinking about it.

...and you may very well be right...however...the timing seems off to me....I haven't come across any other pictures of any other "junk" or "garbage" like that being burned...seems like there was junk all over the place, but none of the pictures show any of it burned....why only that item???

Well there was the tire belts and then close by to that was a screwdriver. Kind of stuck in the mud, but didn't seem to burn at all. http://i.imgur.com/mTh500W.jpg. How does that happen with a fire so hot to burn a body?

The screwdriver doesn't seem to bother me though...it could have been dropped there days after the fire.

The only reason it bothers me is the metal part of the head of that screwdriver does seem to be touching or intertwined with the Tire belts the supposed bones were also intertwined in. maybe even underneath it. Which I then ask, when the burnt bones were put there, was that tire belt placed there too. Maybe the tire was used as accelerant but also moved with the bones into that pit?

My guess would be anyone on the property who wanted to burn items either took them over or set them out for him to pick up in the cart. Janda had a cabinet she wanted burned and took whatever steps so Avery would burn it.

It struck me as odd that in the summaries of SA's interviews there was no mention of the fire pit or a bonfire that night. Someone on reddit posted that NONE of the first statements from ANYONE mentioned that fire! I started looking....

Steven Avery was interviewed on the 5th, didn't see it mentioned.

I can find an interview with Bobby but it was February 27th, he wasn't interviewed before that?

And maybe someone can help me..... in Brendan's first interview, did he mention the fire or bonfire? I could look this up, but I'm sure one of you smart folks probably know this without me looking ;-)

Right... but I think that was for later in the week too, the bonfire with friends, or a girl.

What I'm interested in is the interviews from that week right after.... or their first interviews, I mean, c'mon... NO ONE mentions the bonfire???? SA even mentions that he was watching before the news, says what channels it would have been and what he was more specific about the LOL He remembered that.... but not that he had a biga$$ bonfire? and no one else mentioned it in the first interviews? Scott went there at 5... back around 7:30-8.
I would be interested in Barbs interview, if she was interviewed in early November too.

I don't see it as a big deal. Trash fires out there seem pretty typical and it's not like any of them knew Halbach was burned up. They learned on the 8th or 9th her bones were found in there.

Bl.D said this bonfire never took place, as AO later said she did not want to come out for a bonfire. Nov 11 05

2. Feb 27 "Cuz we invited some friends over but they cancelled" This came from BD in that mishicot HS interview

3."Steven Said the week before las or over a week ago and before Teresa was there, he burned brush, some tires and some garbage in an area behind his house right by his dog. He said the tires did not have rims." DOJ Fassbender statement (QUESTION why would he say dog, were they showing him the picture of the dog in the picture they had? was that his dog or the other dog the brought in to sniff around?) Nov 9 05 he made this statement.

4. Bry.D said, the reason why he did not think anything of it was because JR, the owner of the gravel pit, was clearing brush and SA had offered to burn it for him." (QUESTION is the Gravel pit the animal bones found next door on the neighbors property or the the quarry?) Feb 27 06

Strange as it might sound, maybe there wasn't a fire that night. Fassbender or Wiegert told Dassey Avery was denying there was even a fire on October 31st. Dassey said there was but only after they told him they knew there was a fire. Maybe the fire to burn all the trash took place before that night.

You are right.... fires are pretty typical, at least once every few weeks according to one of the kids.... I still think a week later, someone would mention it, 'oh that's the night that Uncle Steven had the big raging bonfire'. And I also think it would have been something that LE asked them about, especially after they thought they found bones.

But the day is never specified as Monday, it was Halloween, they didn't say, "we were supposed to have friends over on Halloween night" but they cancelled. Does that mean they didn't even have a bonfire then? or did they have the bonfire anyway with just SA and the kids?

Call me close-minded or whatever.... but I think that anything that was said around that February/March time is not reliable, there may be some truths in them, but anything that changed from the first interviews I find to be very suspect. It is clear to me that by February, LE was pushing HARD to get the story they wanted. After seeing what they did to Brendan, I can't take anything that LE took as a statement as truth. But that is JMO
