DP From Auto T. is starting to look like a ditz to me, she just didn't care about her job. She didn't care to find out who B.Janda was creates a new account even though the caller said TH had been there before. But didn't mention TH by name She didnt know the customer how did she even know the caller was calling for TH. Ditto Madeleine. So sorry for your loss BCA. I have a 13 year old mutt that I make sure I love extra hard on every day. Hugs all around.

Also, side note, but I'm a baby when it comes to my sleep so every morning I catch up on the threads with my coffee and all of you guys are really great. I love the sleuthing, the conversations, and the open minds that are required for this case. Any time I want to add something, I wake up to see its already been covered. Whether I agree or disagree I always find myself saying "well said" How do you guys not get as confused as I do with all the info?! Keep up the great work and I'll be over here drinking my coffee and reading!

Thank you so much! It was tough this morning and tonight. Every morning she would come scratch the bedroom door to wake me up--and I miss her tail waging at the door when I come home from work. It's nice that they are recognizing ALL his work! I have watched some video's of him since this documentary, he really is using this to voice his concerns about the overall issues with the Justice system and realizes that people are listening to him because of the documentary IMO

Throughout his career, Dean Strang has done important work to protect the presumption of innocence and to raise issues around the need for a fair, effective, and compassionate criminal justice system.

When did she make up this supposed message. Was that on the MW to DR call? Or was it 18 months later when she was on the stand? I have to check on her again now.

The only DNA of TH's that was found in the garage/trailer was the bullet.

Ok i think this recording is early 11-5-05. they are talking about the fly over done on the 5th early on in this call.

They also talk about the call to GZ on that phone bill given to MW by RH. They do mention a VM but I do not know.
Weird cause the day after this day is when JZ gives that statement about her talking to GZ.

They were going to run some checks it sounds like, checking some of the sightings that were called in. They hang up

she was burned, there was no DNA of her's to plant IMO I don't think it was planted, I think it was contaminated in the lab.

I think there was a whole lot of probable cause to show that SA's family members who lived elsewhere on the lot had plenty of motive and opportunity to kill TH.

I think you and others posted this a couple times over the last week or so. Why it's being questioned and doubted now I don't know. It was eventually confirmed by the very person who started the fire, although in his first interview with investigators he never mentioned a fire, just made it sound like he ate dinner, watched some TV, went to bed. Think there might have been a reason Avery never mentioned the bonfire to investigators?

It's being questioned and doubted now, because we have listened to those ACTUAL initial interviews now for ourselves, with our own ears, and there is no mention of a fire on 10/31 from anyone associated with this case on those audio interviews.

Cause it would be easier to rub her toothbrush or something of hers on the bullet. They did not have vials of her blood to plant, thus none of her blood anywhere but her own car. Where there was splatter and blood from her hair found. To me the Blood on the Rav4 cargo door inside says that she was near that rear end when the blow was struck to her head. Probably then rolled her unconscious or already dead body, into the cargo area, where her blood then left some transfer blood from her hair. JMO

I don't know if that is a phone number or not... I don't see area code 705 belongs anywhere LOL
