Is it possible to detect ETDA in blood samples now? In 2016? I have no idea. Could that be one thing Zellner might be referring to when she says forensic testing has advanced? Any ideas on what she could mean?

Ok..that is what I thought...where is it in relation to the entrance road in the back?

We really need to get a life...:):)

My hubby just said...are you really saving crime scene pictures on your computer...LOL

the top right side is where the RAV4 was found.... I believe a road is just past this photo, running North-south (using the indicator in the bottom corner), apparently there are roads that would lead into the property. I have no clue when this shot was taken, just an fyi lol

the other day my son was talking to me.... my hubby told him to shhhhh mom is trying to find a murderer LOL

Guess whose family owns a salvage yard within 25 min of Avery's that has a working smelter...

Sheriff Robert Hermann's father owns an auto salvage yard in Manitowoc County (Cleveland Auto Sales & Salvage).

omg lol funny you say that... because I'm starting to think that the RAV4 was towed there. Would that other salvage yard happen to do towing 24/7 like the Avery's?

They definitely would have access to a tow truck...

Interestinggggggggg! I've been wondering if the RAV4 was towed there, maybe causing the damage too. I'm almost convinced that the blood was planted too. I just don't know by who or why, and I got to thinking about how the RAV4 doesn't really have any signs of SA driving it, or anyone (no dna on steering wheel, door handles, etc) And cmon, if SA is going to wipe everything down, he wouldn't leave the blood, no way, no how.

Interestingly enough, the only door that had DNA was the inside drivers handle, and it was TH's. Now.... if anyone drove that vehicle, even with gloves, if they took the time to wipe down everything else, why not the inside door handle after you drive... you would have to open the door somehow if you were sitting in the drivers seat, it would be the first door I wiped LOL or if someone was wearing gloves.... would the gloves wipe off that DNA?

Which then led me to think.... well an Avery could have towed it, but what if someone else towed it... and I got to thinking about that other salvage yard.

Family owned since what 1948? Avery's in competition...get 'em outta there. A secondary motive!

She hasn't yet, as far as the wrongfully convicted. ( Lost a case )

She will never represent a guilty man again, according to her own words.
She sounds pretty darned convinced in his innocence and she's the best in the industry. Anyone know if she has ever lost one of the cases she has taken on or what her overall record is? I would imagine that SA and BD's chances are far better than ever before since she took his case. And I love that she's going right after Kratz!

Where was the Rav4 found that the Sheriff/Sheriff's father's salvage yard then had the Rav4 towed to their own salvage yard?

Is the thought that a dead TH was in the back of her Rav4 and someone in the Sheriff's office wanted to burn down her corpse (in their own smelter, not the Avery smelter of course) and then transport her remains and Rav4 back to the Avery Salvage Yard for planting? All this trouble to try and implicate Steve Avery? Why couldn't the framer/planter have just put her body on Avery property? Why all the trouble to burn it to charred bits and then hide those remains and an attempt to obscure the Rav4 by putting stuff on and around it?

I saw on Dateline that it was a cadaver dog that alerted to the human remains found in the burn pit and barrels. So those were not found visually by LE.

And how did they get TH's remains past the German Shephard guarding SA's burn pit to plant them? If anything the dog would have been barking at an intruder on his property.

So, I just read DOJ interview of Avery. Here is my question...

On Nov 4th, the entire Manitowoc community is out searching for TH, but SA and EA are out shooting a 30/6 in the back of their property. Now, to me if she was seen at my property last---I would be like--hey what can I do to help find her--but it seems to me they had no concern at all. Like hey--we will search our property--just to make sure she didn't break down and maybe heading back this way--It doesn't point one way or the other, but I find the behavior particularly odd that they didn't join in the search effort.

I'm beginning to think SA and another family member there knows what happened to TH, and that other family member is not BD. I think BD may have overheard a conversation and repeated it.

I do have to wonder though, why didn't SA burn the body in his own smelter, and why didn't he crush the car?

The thing that is puzzling me about the planted bood... How could whomever planted it, know that SA would have a wound from where is could be said, that blood may have come? What if he had no cut anywhere? Where could they claim the blood was from then? Or were they just hoping, because he probably did have lots of minor scrapes and cuts, as per his lifestyle, that he would have a cut?

I still think it was planted. But I wonder how, they would have explained it getting there, with no cuts anywhere on SA...

I don't find that odd at all. I'm sure they knew which way the wind was blowing. Imagine if they had found something?! I would have stayed the heck away from that search, and hoped they quickly located her.
