Im sorry to hear that I know what its like I went through it as a child also. But even if it is true it shouldnt give the women a free pass for what she has done. I myself find it hard to believe anything that comes out of KC mouth so Im not convinced it happen at all.But thats just me

I also was molested as a child. Sorry to hear that you were too.

I tend to believe KC on this. I feel abuse did happen, but that doesn't excuse her actions over the past several months or years.

It would be better than refusing a polygraph, refusing to give a DNA sample, lawyering up and not showing his face. IMO.

Everyone kept asking why Cindy, George, or Lee didn't say a word to or about LP when he was saying that it was possible that Lee was the father of Caylee. They have not to this day said one thing about it...which for this family is an eery silence and truly uncharacteristic. This says more towards the validity of the claim than it does towards it being a false accusation. Lee's absence started around the same time LP made the statements. Is it a coincidence?

On the other thread, someone responded to the email that Cindy sent Casey and said that Cindy stated she was going nuts not knowing what Casey is doing - it shows control -

so everyone thinks Cindy is controlling - and Casey states she told Cindy about this alleged abuse in middle school - if Cindy is this controlling this would not have been swept under the rug

Casey is doing exactly what Casey does - she tells tall tales and people believe her - and thats exactly whats going on here

As I've said - Casey has to tell LE what happened to Caylee and where her body is - THEN I might believe a tiny shred of things she's spouting

More highlights from Part 1:

From the garbage bag in Casey's trunk there was a receipt from Fusian Ultra Lounge dated 5/24/08 at 1:50 hours of one of TonE's roommates.

Also, several items from the garbage came from TL's apartment. TL said he had no idea why the trash would be in Casey's trunk (especially since she had come from Grandma's house and not his apartment).

On 6/23 TL went to the A family home with Casey to get the gas cans. The shed was locked and TONY used a tire iron to pry the lock open.

We now know that Casey told the molestation/abuse stories regarding Lee to both Jesse and TL.

I just want to state that while LP does seem to spin theories and put them out there as "truths", many of the scenarios he's put forth on NG (like about CA choking Casey) are right here in this document dump. There are like 4 "revelations" that we heard first from LP.

This really upsets me, whether her accusations are true or not does not give her an excuse for murder.

Also, she isn't accused of killing her accuser, she is accused of murdering her precious INNOCENT 2 year old daughter!

This is a bit ridiculous, I read part one, went and made pie, took notes on part one, went and made potatoes for tomorrow, Came back, read the rest of the thread, found the new one, opened part 2 of the documents, now I'm going to make turkey breast for the salad tomorrow. This is nuts.
If the next doc dump is the night before Christmas, I quit. I swear it.
