I think she wanted to kill Cindy after the Bank of America calls on 3/21/208.

yep, sounds to me that she started to look all this up when CA found out about money from Bank of America. Wouldnt you like to a fly on that wall.

I know this may sound off the beaten path but several months ago I posted that I wondered if at some point she was intending on killing her parents and thats why she was telling Amy she would own the house.. I know it's far fetched but what isn't about this case??!!

Or maybe initially she did wanna kill Cindy in self defense-thats what she was looking up as well but it didnt happen and she killed Caylee after the last fight

I FOUND JP's FULL NAME!!! I don't know why I'm yelling, but I looked so stinkin hard for it cause it was bugging me that they didn't list it, but I found it, I won't post it, but it is on page 2417. (Yes, I have only made it that far, because I am taking page by page notes so I can index.)

Maybe Lee. Doesn't she seem to be really chummy with her victims or her intended victims? And most have commented on how "close" she is with Lee. Just a thought, I really have nothing to back it up.

I think I might have an idea about KC's comment, "they haven't even found her clothes"... in one of GGM's emails she asks Cindy & crew if the nanny had all of Caylee's clothes or where they were located and to ask KC about them....

I wonder what the purpose of Cindy constantly stating that nothing of Caylee's is missing?

It still gets me that in Ricardo's statement he tells of the night hat he went to sleep with both casey and Caylee in his bed and then he wakes up, Caylee's gone and casey says she took her home because Ca called and told her to. It makes me hurt to think about where Caylee might have actually been at that time...trunk? backseat? God only knows.

Refers to her statements that she "lost" Caylee and didn't report it. It's called failure to protect within the child welfare system.
