Or Jesse just said the wrong pronoun. It does say "her" in the doc. But the place where the name goes is very small and would fit a 3 letter name, if you know what I mean.

It could also be a 3 letter shortened term for a male parent. Either 3 letter name would fit.

Nope, two different stories to two different people.

She told Tony that her brother touched her when she was in middle school.
She, on a seperate occasion, told Tony's roommate Nate, that her father had "abused her" in the past, but did not elaborate how, where, when, etc.

Goodness my head is spinning.

oh ok thank you for clarifying that the accusations against george weren't necessarily sexual. sorry, i haven't been able to read the documents yet and i'm just going by what people are relaying here. i appreciate the help!!

I have absolutely nothing to go on but my gut and some of the things I've heard/seen/thought but I am more inclined to believe that she may have been molested by LA rather than GA just due to the actions of LA vs. GA. LA has refused poly, had to have DNA subpeonaed, has dropped off the face of the earth. GA, while he's acting one way in front of the cameras and another way to law enforcement just strikes me as genuine when he's talking about the smell and the "please don't let this be my Caylee." I guess LA makes my hinky meter go off more than GA does, that's all.

True, but with JB's ONLY three witnesses on the list, it would still seem to support a forensic defense (noting that he can add to it later, but hasn't all this info been given/reviewed by him already?)

40 years ago no one believed me either - or 20 years ago when I brought it up again. I thought I was crazy (I was very little when it happened) until the last of my family passed away and I found the letters they had written to each other - finally confirmation and I could move on -

PS MY family passed away of natural causes, NOT chloroform, household weapons, shovels or anything else. My life was difficult until that point but I got through it fine and my son is well adjusted too (oh, he is also ALIVE)- the cycle CAN be broken with determination.

You know everyone thinks KC has truths in her lies. Maybe she used the "Lost" numbers for a pad lock on whatever Caylee is in. So in her eyes she might say "Caylee is lost" meaning "Caylee is in the box that is locked with the Lost numbers". Would cadaver dogs be able to sniff out decomp in a box that is locked that might not have any air coming out?

Well, it looks like KC is going to take the whole family down with her!! I think CA, GA, and LA better get back in that huddle and come up with something else from their playbook-cause their whole theory just got torpedoed by the "mother of the year!" I've checked all the other local news sites, and none of them have the docs posted. Does Fox have some sort of "dibs" on them or something? They're always the first one to get them and post them.
