TY I forgot about her listing Lost as a favorite show there.....that has to be what the "lost numbers" search is about.

Man, Fox Orlando has the docs up but they are so tiny I can't even read them! I have called a few other stations and asked them to make them larger if they can! This is ugly stuff, guys. This was reallly bad. Was she planning on killing George with a shovel and breaking Cindy's neck and then killing Caylee??? I am floored and I hope the DP is NOT off the table.!!

True, but with JB's ONLY three witnesses on the list, it would still seem to support a forensic defense (noting that he can add to it later, but hasn't all this info been given/reviewed by him already?)

I agree with what NG said last night - Casey stated that she told certain people that Caylee was kidnapped - and since it looks like Baez can't produce those witnesses - can't bring in character witnesses for Casey - doing only a forensic case, it won't work

And the only reason they are going to fight the forensic part - is because they can't refute anything else

Basically I see it as - Casey is guilty but prove it

I thought the same thing...but then I thought, what if this was an even tthat CAUSED her to begin lying like this, and pushed her into this mental state?

I wish I knew what to believe...

Lying isn't caused by traumatic events.

Everyone wants there to be a reason Casey is evil.

Maybe that is just the way she is?

PTSD from the abuse triggering a psychotic break. The belief that her abuser was about to get custody of Caylee as CA has discussed. leading to the decision that Caylee was better off dead. As I have figured as a defense tactic from the day we all started discussing it here.

I doubt if it will work, even if it were true. I covered a trial years ago, a young man and his brother brutally murdered two men, their uncle and another man who lived with the uncle.

The older boy had just gotten out of adult prison, where he had been sent when he was only 16 for breaking into a store. He had just turned 21.

During his trial, it was shown he had been subjected to all kinds of abuse, not to mention that all the agencies that should have protected him didn't. The words of the social services worker who testified were that he "fell through the cracks."

They showed photos of him as a little boy, around 6, a skinny little kid smiling into the camera with huge bruises all over his torso. That photo had been taken by his teachers and given to social services.

At the age of seven, he was put into a juvenile detention center. According to testimony, at that age he was showing sexually inappropriate behavior. His mother brought men home and had sex in front of him and he testified that he was physically and sexually abused by family members, including the uncle that he murdered, starting when he was 4.

He hadn't been out of juvenile detention long when he was arrested at 16. The kid had spent most of his life in jail in one form or another.

It was also revealed that he was conceived when his mother had sex with his father, who was on a chain gang at the time and slipped away long enough for quick sex.

Defense experts also testified that he suffered from borderline personality disorder.

I think most of the people in that courtroom felt sorry for the hideous childhood he had endured. I heard several people comment that his mother should also have been facing charges. But he was found guilty of capital murder and was given the death penalty. He was put to death a few years ago.

One juror told me they felt they had no choice, that he had been made into such a monster, they had to make sure he would never be out in society again.

Nope, two different stories to two different people.

She told Tony that her brother touched her when she was in middle school.
She, on a seperate occasion, told Tony's roommate Nate, that her father had "abused her" in the past, but did not elaborate how, where, when, etc.

Goodness my head is spinning.

She might've been planting seeds to build her defense in case she was ultimately arrested and accused with the murder.

I can't read the docs. I do know KC searched for "lost numbers" in March. I have seen several posts with a set of numbers that are from an episode of "Lost." Were these exact numbers found in KC's belongings /and or/ on the computer? Or are these numbers part of a theory being discussed?

I'm thinking she was looking up ways to explain why she doesn't have the number for the imaginanny.

People don't usually lie about things like this...

I respect your feelings on this. And I feel really uneasy about how comments about the alleged sexual abuse might be interpreted by the many people impacted by sexual abuse. This is obviously a very delicate topic-- but I think I can say that most reasonable people are inclined to believe people who allege sexual abuse. I know I am. Casey has, however, lied about almost everything. And she has lied about VERY serious things that most people would never dream of lying about.
If these allegations are tragically true, the reality is that Casey has created a situation in which people are justifiably skeptical about everything she says. I know I came into this case hoping everything Casey said was true. Then I started hoping something she said was true. People want to believe Casey-- but she has made it almost impossible, IMO.

oh ok thank you for clarifying that the accusations against george weren't necessarily sexual. sorry, i haven't been able to read the documents yet and i'm just going by what people are relaying here. i appreciate the help!!

Glad to help in any way! This is crazier than any daytime soap opera writers could ever come up with.

Who knows what the truth is?! A lot of lives have been ruined if she is simply telling lies to get sympathy from friends.

The reading is painful and causes severe eye wrinkles, it might be worth it to wait until its in a readable format.

So I wonder if Yuri's wife is Samara..if so she assisted on interviewing witnesses too. I remember Yuri mentioning his wife worked for OCSO too..I just didn't know she was involved in this case.

I think it probably happened this way too. If the body went to the landfill they won't find it. They were lucky to find Lori Hacking and she was an adult.

And I dont think they would have found Lori even then had they not started looking right away, not 31 days after the fact.

Code that shows Casey did get her diploma. Her Guidance Conselor said she did not graduate on time. She probably went to summer school after her senior year and picked up her diploma.

Some people do and I know someone that went to jail on that very lie. His daughter was a meth head and got ticked off because her dad got tired of it all and was going to kicked them off of his property. She lied and he's in jail and she's still living on the property.
