"NEW Facts to Know About Caylee Marie!"

That's what I was thinking. It would be pretty easy to get a child to repeat the counting once they learned how to do it. Being left handed is important. Surely they reported that before now. Are any of the rest of the family left handed?

At that age many kids present left handed when they are not really. I did not notice her in the videos doing anything with her left hand.

I am truly left handed as is my 5 year old grandson, but that determination cannot be made until they are at least five. None of my kids are left handed.

I think it was made up. I have never seen a child that age count to 45 in any language. I have a son who was very gifted as a child (still is actually) but he could only count to 20 at age 2 and that was considered very unusual.

She told it was from Dora the Explorer she learned it..........Unless she was in front of the TV watching that show 24/7, there would be no way at her age to learn that. I don't know much about cartoons anymore, but I even wonder if Dora show counts that high.

Dora doesn't count that high, and I feel like I watch her 24/7 some days.
My oldest sounds like your son, she didn't count that high, either.
My soon to be 3 year old counts to 10.
This is just very, very sad.
Sad and delusional, IMO.

I have only been a mother for almost 3 years but I would say it would be pretty difficult for a child that age to not only learn english but on top of that spanish too and counting that high. It seemed KC was always on the go and obviously the nanny didn't exist so how and where was she watching all of this tv?

On the contrary, the younger a child is, the easier it is to learn more than one language, and to know the differences between them. It's quite impressive.

There's really no reason to discount her ability to count in Spanish, nor is there any reason to believe it either. At this time, it's a moot point anyway. Ask Casey. Caylee is gone, so we'll never know what she can do.

I agree. My son does a lot of things with his right and left depending on what it is or the day. I think all kids do this.

Unfort, no one can ask KC anything. She won't talk.

Not only does KC have "mis-truths" (whatever that word means since it's not a word in the dictionary) it appears CA has "mis-truths" too. Maybe she should change the title of this to The Anthony's "Mis-Truths" of Caylee Anthony.

I totally agree, and I was just thinking the same thing. It would be really unusual for a 2-3 year old to be able to count to 45, even in their native language. I think the counting to 45 in Spanish thing is something the Anthonys just made up, and maybe something Casey liked to brag to her friends about, even though it wasn't true.

really? i think it depends on the child. my field of work involves many, many almost-3-year olds (and 3 year olds) a lot of which can count that high and higher, and in spanish as well (since it's required that they learn spanish.) some of them are almost completely 'fluent' in american sign language.

some of the not-quite-threes are more advanced than the actual threes, and the other way around. it depends on the child and surrounding circumstances, i suppose.

caylee didn't seem to be in any educational program, at least not that i am aware of, but she was definitely surrounded by spanish speakers.

i don't think it's unlikely or unusual at all. i think it depends on the advancement of the child and the exposure they've had. but this is just my experience.

Hold up, why would she know how to count to 45 in spanish, is Geo and Cin, hate Mexicans? Why would they teach her that if they did...hummmm

Respectfully, I don't really think we have any credible information that George and Cindy are racist-- I know KioMarie stated that Casey told her that Cindy didn't like Hispanic people; but, to use a Nancy Grace-ism, I take that info with a box of salt.

My son can count to 50 in French, we live in Montana, nobody is French here or even speaks it, but he does. By the way he is 7 and he learned it from my neighbor who is also his babysitter. But I think the A's are lying when they say Caylee can count to 45 in spanish to say there was a babysitter, as ZG taking care of her, but yet they hate hispanics....hummmm, makes one wonder!

Kio did say she was a long time friend of Caseys, and was not allowed over at her house when the "rents" where there.

Their only hope is that their grand daughter was kidnapped by the loving nanny. Anything else is just too much to bear. I feel sorry for them. KC turned their world upside down this time and nothing will ever be righted again.

She killed her whole family.

Wait! Someone get out a measuring tape. What 3 year old child is 3 1/2 - 4 feet tall? HELLO?

Is this really on the website?

Firstly, IMO they have no clue how much she weighs or her height. Her last pedi appt was most likely her 2 year well visit. My dd is 35lbs and 41 inches at 3 3/4 years old not 2 3/4 years old. She is in the 50th-75th percentile for height and weight. Also I watch Dora everyday with my kids, they have NEVER to my knowledge counted to 45. I've seen up to 10 and that's it. These people are so sad IMO.

That is what makes me so furious about these people. They are making a mockery of Caylee. They are telling the world, My MOMMY, who likely murdered the life out of me in a fit of rage, or at the very least, overdosed me on DRUGS that I should never have been given is my HERO! The woman who never bought me an outfit or a pack of diapers is my HERO! The woman who lied to investigators and led them on a wild goose chase AWAY from finding me is my HERO! This is the very stuff that makes people dislike them so much. PLEASE! If Caylee HAD a voice, which she does not thanks to the heartless BEAST that IS Casey, I doubt very seriously that she would say Mommy is my HERO and it STINKS to high heaven that they insult her MEMORY by saying that is so when it is not so! Her HERO? I need the cursing smiley but I don't want to go and get it!!!:furious::furious::mad::mad::furious::bang:

ah...she was still her mother and her entire world....everyone forgets that at least.

(not saying she's MY hero but to caylee, she was caylee's everything...that's why all this is so horrible.)

Seriously, the hating hispanics thing was what Casey told Kio , not sure why anyone would think its fact, its something she told her friend and based upon her ability to tell the truth (complete lack of it) and how she makes up stories for no reason at all, Id say its probably bs.

Not that it really matters but for those who are talking about her counting to 45 in spanish...I really don't think it is that far fetched. All kids are different....my son counted to over 25 in spanish, german, french and english when he was 2-3 and also knew the alphabet in french and english..........my daughter on the other hand had trouble counting to 10 in english until she was 4. Kids learn differently. It is possible.

edited to add: Before people say I stuck him in front of television all day....my son didn't learn this from TV....he memorized it from singing them all with me everyday.

Okay, I seriously doubt she counts to 45 in Spanish or English for that matter. My daughter is about a month older than Caylee and we have had the same nanny from Mexico since she was born. She speaks fluent and almost perfect grammatically correct Spanish and I tell you this...she can NOT count to 45 or anywhere close.

I beleive it, children at this age are major sponges and absorb so much.
