I'm not sure of the circumstances or how the DA pulled it off, but Lisa Stebic's children had to testify before a grand jury. Her husband and his attorney were not able to stop it. I would love to see something like that in this case. Lisa's children were a few years older though at the time their mother disappeared.
I agree! I just do not understand why they can't ask the children any questions. I have grandchildren around the same age and the 3 year old is very aware of what is going on. It is almost like they are afraid they might "offend someone".
People are trying to hold on to hope for Susan, but it is like beating your head against the wall. Maybe, the WVPD really messed up the investigation and they don't want to admit it! Thank goodness, they didn't handle the Ethan Stacy investigation. I have the utmost respect for the police (especially the Layton, Utah PD), but the longer this goes on, the less likely we will find Susan.
