What about all the crap that comes from overseas? I don't think we can control that.

Well that is a good first step. Making the porn producer responsible for proving that the persons involved are adults means they now have to keep records of who is in the porn, as well as to show the proof of age. Now we all know that anyone can get fraudulent documents to prove age, but it is a start.

Unfortunately commericially produced porn ISNT the problem!!
(After the whole Traci Lords thing BELIVE ME they are super strict about i.d'ing)

ANYONE can make child porn!! All you need is a computer, web cam or a digital camera and a child and you're "in business"!!

THATS the problem! Child porn can made and distributed in seconds WORLDWIDE!!! And with file sharing can be nearly untraceable!!!!!

WE need stricter laws regarding punishment for those POSSESSING it,MAKING it,SELLING it and TRADING it.

The adult industry isn't the issue (and with porn somehow becoming "legitimate" theres plenty of young BUT legal girls lining up to exploit themselves, the porn companies arent trolling for them!)

This new law(s) doesnt seem like its addressing the real problem.
It seems like "feel good" legislation to calm the masses but imo Child POrn will continue to be more available and more extreme and i dont see it stopping anytime soon!
