New Rules: Netflix prohibits staff from looking at each other longer than 5 seconds!

  • #21
Don't know the average time one 'stares' at one another, at work or not, but this rule sounds like a catchall to fire anyone, anytime, anywhere, for any reasons. "Fired? For what? Looked at Jennifer too long! She's my assistant! I have to listen if I want to be informed of anything! Add the fact that - I AM BLIND - might be a reason for facing her for 'too long'!"

Bad rules get broken quickly.

Seems to me the person who reports an employee for misappropriation of the "Five Second Rule" was also guilty of staring more than 5 seconds. (ha ha)
QUICK! Avert your gaze.
