Well we never heard back from that lady who went through the trash. She said she was going to post pictures on a blog but she never did...

I have a feeling that as soon as she pulled that cap out of the bag on the news, LE swooped in like Superman and whisked it away for forensic testing. Can't you see Casey mopping her brow with her nasty paws and smearing "decomp fluids" on that hat? She probably wore it because it was old and she'd had a falling out with Annie so she figured she'd dispose of it anyway.

You are so wrong on so many counts.

Showing her cards might actually convince some of us that there is an infinitesmal shred of decency in your client's body.

Showing her cards may enable the beautiful child she so callously disposed of to receive a proper burial. Caylee deserved so much more than your pathetic client ever gave her.

Showing her cards will give closure to those who loved Caylee from birth, and to those of us who have loved her from the first moment we saw her precious face.

Showing her cards might even mean that God will have mercy on your client's miserable excuse for a soul.

Perhaps showing her cards may not be such a HUGE WASTE after all.

Thursday, Casey's attorney said it's not in her best interest to tell what she knows about where Caylee is.

"It does her no good to show her cards to give the prosecution any advantage they have to put her away for life," Jose Baez said.

Lock her up and throw away the key. What is in the best interest of Caylee... rotting away somewhere all alone or a proper burial for her and all that loved her? Casey makes me sick and so does JB. I know that someone has to do the job, but how can he sleep at night knowing there is a little girl out there all alone, amid alligators and God only knows what else.

I have been emotional throughout the case, but this really hit me hard. I think I am going to be sick. uke: :furious: :cry:

Does anyone else remember that a guy had also seen something similar? I know that I've read a very similar tip to this one that a guy was explaining and that he'd seen a woman by the side of the road (possibly with a shovel?) and that it had stuck out in his mind because he jokingly made a mental note of it in case he later heard about a murder. Does anyone else remember that???

I remember that also, the shovel part is what jogged my memory. The original message must be here somewhere. I'll try to find it in a bit.

Sadly her attorney is right from a defence prospective. What is the first thing an attorney will tell a client (guilty OR innocent)> DO NOT SAY A WORD!
At this point even if Casey said IT WAS AN ACCIDENT - DO YOU HONESTLY BELIEVE LE WILL NOT GO AFTER 1ST DEGREE MURDER? Even if she told them that at the beginning they woul STILL have pursued a 1st degree murder case against her.

Look at what they did to Cindy Summer. Look at Darlie Router. Sorry but as sad as this is, you must listen to your attorney and keep quiet until or unless you can get LE to agree to pursue a charge that fits the facts. Good luck with that!
