Do you get nor'easters in Pittsburgh, flower? (I was born and raised in Florida. Hurricanes I understand; nor'easters not so much.)

I know you get plenty of snow. I've visited Fox Chapel enough to know that much.

Yes we have had them hit us but not as bad as I see on the East.
The mountains seem to help us.
We get snowed in and strong winds, lose power, very cold.
I hate it. but this one will not hit us thankfully!

Snow is falling at a good clip here, but not much accumulation because the wind is blooowwwing! And boy is it a cold wind! So snow is mostly blowing around into drifts atm.

It did start to accumulate here in southern NJ as well. It is now what would be called a blanket. Rose bushes are pushing towards the ground and the ornamental grasses are now flat.

On Dr. Drew, bitter winds, cold temp and blizzard.
No electric, no heat some have no homes.
Help centers have to close also, they can't stay open.
Conditions are so bad after Sandy, now this!
Best evacuate forget your properties.
So devastating!
Even blankets needed!
He has a navy seal on telling the rest of us how to survive if this happens to us.
Even for earth quakes in CA.
