New to the group, hoping to say hello

I look forward to learning more about cases, while interacting and not just reading or listening to news articles. I tend to submerge myself in crime stories and try to talk with family and friends who do just don’t understand my interest in unsolved cases. Im excited to learn and bring new ideas to a safe space.

I’m glad that you have decided to join in the conversation. Websleuths is a good place to enjoy each other’s company and share ideas.

Have you found Websleuths on YouTube? Tricia does a live podcast or two almost every day. It’s very casual, like sitting in the living room with all of your Websleuths friends and chatting about the news of the day.

Yes, I agree about deleting your real name. When I first started posting years ago, I wasn’t used to using a screen name and I signed every post with my first name. I didn’t realize that I would one day need to be anonymous, finding myself commenting on cases that hit to close to home. Suspects and perpetrators or their friends do come to WS to see what people are saying.

I've never seen the youtube, I've heard Tricia on other podcast's and I've loved it. That's kind of what brought me over here. I heard her talking about how kind everyone is and how many rules are in place - unlike some of the facebook groups I've been in.
I actually felt a little bit weird about putting my name in, but did it anyways. (should know to follow my gut!). I cant see a place to edit the post, should I take it down?
