I'm new to Websleuths but I've been a long time lurker (who isnt?)
I wanted to inquire about what the process should be when you think you have found s match? Who do you call? What do you say, and how do you start that conversation?
I believe I have found a match for a few individuals. Do I just leave a message? Do I create a websleuths page if there isnt one for them already? I would actually like input from other here before reaching out.
The individuals are Jeffrey Allan Backowski, and Juan Reyes.
How does one go about creating websleuths pages for them? I mean, is there a protocol?
