Welcome to WS, @Twinklebox. Love your name BTW!

You can search this site for Australia and UK. If someone knows of an easier way I'm all ears! I've been wanting an easy way to search for things in my state.

Gets you THESE results. I'll let you search for UK yourself. :)

Can there be threads about already solved cases? There’s some local to me that I haven’t seen threads for but they aren’t open.

Yes, solved cases don't have their threads closed. They remain open. Have you tried searching several ways for your cases? Sometimes that helps if I don't have the name right or something.

I have :( maybe I will make a thread about these cases. I’m surprised I haven’t seen Laurie Show at least haha.

Laurie Shaw was murdered in 1991 and solved pretty quickly. Websleuths has only been around for 25 years or so, so it doesn't surprise me there hasn't been a thread about it.

There are numerous mentions of Laurie throughout WS. Since her last name is so common (as is Buck), it's best if you put her name between double quotes "Laurie Show".

HERE is a list of all those mentions.
