Thank you again! I was just looking through the rules to see how the title should be laid out and everything and you answered my questions.You can start a thread at this link below. Then you chose the category - for this, I'd probably go under Crimes and choose Bullies and Stalkers. But I always have trouble choosing, and the mods will recategorie it if they feel it belongs somewhere else instead so don't stress too much about the category. I tend to create my headings with the state name, city name, brief description of the crime and victim's name if available, and end with the date of the crime in DD MM YYYY format. But that's just me and there are definitely many ways to create a thread title.

Have you tried turning them off, saving that setting, then turning them back on (and save)? I find that works for me at various places when things get wonky.
