I am not new but a board search of my problem brought me to posts in this thread, so here goes.

I hope @Fraize can help. I am getting a 'prove you're human' prompt every time I need to move a page forward or refresh the thread I'm reading. it started a couple of days ago and by now it's driving me slightly batty and causing the site to be pretty much unreadable. I have cleared my cache. Using Safari on ipad.

Same here, both on ipad and laptop. Plus that “you’ve been blocked” message when I dare open more than 5 WS tabs. I assume it’s the same situation like last year with the DDOS attack?

See my post that I posted a moment ago in another thread (you'll need to click on it so you can read my entire post):

Unfortunately I can't see your post, I get this message:

Oops! We ran into some problems.

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

Do you mind copying it here too?
Yep. I sure will. But after I tell you why you weren't allowed to read it. ;)

My post below is in a section of WS for Guardians only. I noticed that you're not a Guardian. :) There are a lot of other perks to being a Guardian. Longer edit times, the ability to edit DMs, the ability to add new Members to a DM that's allowing that capability (I found that out the other day when only non-Guardians couldn't add people, Guardians had to step in and make those adds for them), additional Reactions, like the highly coveted Haha!, and the ability to join our monthly Zoom meetings which are a blast! I might be missing something but you get the idea. Anyway... as promised:

Just signed up after catching part of the live. I’m a mother of two (daughter turns 21 in about an hour), a graduate student, critical thinker, walker, traveler, kitten mom and much more.

I’d love to know if anyone has suggested “first stop” resources on the site you think I should read/watch first. Where would you suggest someone new starts?

Fun fact: my college has a renowned body farm (but I’m not in the forensic anthropology program)
