Clover or shamrock symbols are a common marking on the "club drug" Ecstacy. Is this why she was so into the symbol? She had a 4-leaf clover symbol sticker on her car, had one on a lanyard inside her car (now missing according to Cindy) and even wore one around her neck. Ecstacy is a stimulate and perhaps the chloroform was used to bring her down from the high. She could have accidentally left the chloroform rag in the trunk of the car with Caylee.
"Ecstacy is most often available in tablet form and is usually ingested orally. It is also available as a powder and is sometimes snorted and occasionally smoked, but rarely injected. Its effects last approximately four to six hours. Users of the drug say that it produces profoundly positive feelings, empathy for others, elimination of anxiety, and extreme relaxation. MDMA is also said to suppress the need to eat, drink, or sleep, enabling users to endure two- to three-day parties. Consequently, MDMA use sometimes results in severe dehydration or exhaustion."

Thanks for the links. I figured that was Ecstasy. I knew it was not Xanax that's for sure!

ETA- I just read the whole post, I hadn't before I posted. People wouldn't really use chloroform to come down. That's where Xanax may come in to play here IF it did at all. Things like Benzo's, anti-psychotics or like lots of Benadryl in high doses (like 10 pills) work to help one come down.

I am done feeling sorry for George. I have kept a soft spot for him all this time... even crying for him when he does interviews. No longer.

NOw that seems reasonable. I've never understood why people aren't equally pissed at the A's....why people tend to have a soft spot for George, and place most of the blame on Cindy.
They are both the parents, and together they are responsible for setting the boundaries for their children. They have both lied. They have both protected their daughter. Both have shown aggresiveness, and lived in a world of denial.

I thought that whole argument boiled down to KC having male friends in the house when neither parent was at home. I know it's kind of old fashioned but it is their house and god knows she didn't have many other rules to follow, like stealing, lying making sure her child was provided for.

I wasn't allowed to have male friends in the house when my parents were'n't home and no boys allowed in my room - I lived at home until 21 and I was engaged at one point - we had to sit in the living room, all lights on, my parents in the TV room

This was expected - I don't think GA or CA were expectng anything that my parents expected

I think they ignored a lot of Casey's actions - and when she started to steal, and continue to steal and the A's did nothing but cover it up - I'm thinking Casey thought it was just okay and it wasn't stealing in her mind

It wasn't until she started stealing from her friends that she started commiting these crimes - I wouldn't doubt if there are more people that she stole from that haven't come forward - I'm curious if the Grunds had money stolen, I know Jesse did but my guess is she stole from his parents also

While we have hit on the X angle, that would also explain the baseball hat collection and the sunglasses. When a person uses X, their pupils don't dilate, light hurts. So hats and sunglasses block the light.

I think he FBI got a hold of bank records of the A's - because GA did say that Casey was stealing money, giving them ghost deposits, etc.

The FBI probably saw the chunks of money being taken out of the account - and put two and two together with the interviews

Casey had full access to all bank accounts and credit cards for awhile - the A's did nothing to stop her, they just covered her debts

I wonder if the influx of cash she was spending corresponds with the inappropriate pictures they reference.

They are on the WFTV site - I couldn't listen to CA's - she was telling the FBI what she said was strange, she said that there were clues by what Casey was telling her - what clues - I've listened to that stuff ther are no clues - CA was in her whole little world

I think if Casey were doing Ecstasy we'd see more things like the whole glow sticks, pacifiers, lollypops, going to raves.. she acts like a teenager and I think that would reflect in her behaviors while on drugs.

A lot of people take ecstasy without using any of the props. Not saying I think she was using it or not, just that I think she easily could have been without the props.
