IIRC, TL states in his interview that he invited CA into the apartment. Not sure if she actually entered in, but they did speak to one another briefly. She told him (something to effect of) I hope you have a lot of money because she will leave you high and dry.

I am almost sure I read somewhere that Cindy did enter the apartment and was looking to see if Caylee was in there whereas Cindy says in the video that she knew right away that she wasn't due to the smoke in the apartment. I am so confused here and about to pull my hair out what little I have left :waitasec:

Does anyone else find the numerous references made to Cindy being allowed to hold newborn Caylee before Casey are becoming rather grating??
It probably shouldn't have happened and it's unfortunate that it did. But, to me, the Anthonys keep referring to this incident as if Casey happened upon her mother skinning the family pets in the backyard or something. Get over it.

I have been in recovery from this particular drug for 3 years. I never owned a glow stick and I've been to very few raves. That is a Hollywood depiction of X.

I for one on the other hand, have had glow sticks when I used this drug.

O/T...I am also in recovery too but from rx drugs. Good luck with yours. Recovery takes strong people like us to get through and it makes us stronger.

Why do these people accept the premise that their 'innocent' daughter is giving them hints and everyone else is guilty? Why do they permit that? It's so clear everyone unlucky enough to have hooked up with their daughter is pretty innocent. Their daughter is the guilty one. Her friends are her victims. They aren't perps. She's the perp! They need to give up on deciphering her "secret code" and make her tell them the frig what she did with her daughter. Fridge her. Fridge Baez. Fridge the vid cams. Fridge the surveillance. I watched every day of the Spector trial as I was laid up with a spine injury. One of the reasons I wanted to catch his testimony is because ever since his dramatic testimony/presentations at the OJ trial, it seems like he either injected himself or was sought out in most every high profile case since then.
To watch him in the hotseat and the subsequent ruling by the Judge at the Spector trial ...well he has lost all credibilty to me....forensic testimony for hire to the highest bidder, IMO.

You may be right. It has been awhile since I read that interview and I was going by memory ... though I don't recall the part about the smoke (I could be wrong though)

My Mom held my youngest before I did - she was in the delivery room with me and she was there I was on the table/bed, I don't remember it was 24 hours of labor! LOL

Thank you! I have never given birth, so I felt weird being so annoyed. But yeah-- if that's the worst thing that ever happened to Casey, well that's pretty amazing. I just can't swallow these "poor Casey" sentiments from the A's.

I think the "you held her first" rant is Casey's defensive response to Caylee being more bonded with Cindy. Along the lines of don't blame me and call me a s*@$ mother, you interfere with our bonding. I think that is why it is such a chronic topic, especially since this entire situation seems to be about Casey never bonding with Caylee.

I can say this I understand now why the New Presser was cancelled with the "evidence" of an "alive Caylee" as they probably knew this was coming out today and would make them look even more OUT THERE than they already are. Cindy is WOW unbelievable. I just wonder after all this information Cindy is spewing and it has all been disproved by LE what she is thinking now. This is driving me nuts listing to and I am on #3 vid of Cindy cannot wait for NG to come on.

So, 4 1/2 monthes after the car was towed, we're suddenly hearing about frozen food left in the car??? and that food may have caused the HUMAN decomp smell??
I posted this before--if KC had bags frozen food with her when TL picked her up from Amscott- why would she have simply left more frozen food, LUNCHMEAT (which she had to know would go bad quickly in the heat!), etc. in the car instead of taking it with her, with the other food??? And did Dr. Lee (who I trust to tell the truth about as far as I could throw KC's car) actually see this decomposed food? Has LE had bags of spoiled food just sitting around in an evidence locker for 4 1/2 monthes? WTH....

She's made it clear that she doesn't believe the leads have been disproved.
