Re: Whether id in car with purse (according to GA and not the facts)

During the GA Interview 1, Part 6 the FBI agent asks to confirm what GA has said about the purse being in the car and GA responds that the purse WAS in the car. The FBI says "with ID and stuff?" and GA replies, "Yes." But again, we know Casey had an ID on her...

---

Now we also know what must have been discussed in the unreleased GA/Casey video visitiation. The FBI agent asks, "When you viewed her on the visitation monitor and she said she was pushed to the ground and Caylee was taken..." [paraphrased]

Sooooo...now I guess we know why the GA video visitation was not released
with the Sunshine Law as LE knew she had changed her story and was likely going to use the video for a latter prosecution (if necessary).

It sure looks like LE is keeping this story to themselves...well as much as they can . What really nails it for me is that this is the exact story cindy was telling the FBI agent when the 4th video ended and so far I don't see a 5th video, so whatever cindy went on to talk about they aren't releasing.

I'll tell you I watched cindy's video and I came away with a belief that the FBI agent was acting more like a psychiatrist, just listening to her and maybe hoping that she would talk herself through this, and she did...it is barely a nanosecond but she puts her head down and plays with the water bottle as the agent is telling her that casey was the last person to have seen caylee and that she is the one who knows where caylee is it is brief but it is an important moment for cindy, she must choose to allow what she knows to be true about caylee and what casey has done or she must push that away and continue to play detective (a roll she seems to be familiar with) and solve casey's riddle (problem) and it is within those seconds that she then launches into the BP story and the tape ends. Cindy is willfully choosing this path and it will likely have serious consequences for her for the rest of her life.

Sorry for the run on sentence.

From Friday: Quote<<There's something really important about this car exchange, I wish we could figure out what it is.>>

KC never had Cindy's car...it was a mistake. George THOUGHT it was Cindy's but it was TLs car he was chasing. TL's car is an SUV and green. George was mistaken.

I'm not sure George is wrong. He mentions a really large panda or something on the back windshield of Cindy's car saying " you can't miss it."

I cant understand why Ca's doc who is prescribing her meds, doesnt have her comitted.
She is clearly a danger to herself right now. Some people are straight out suicidal (like GA) and other do it the slow way, without even realising it. She needs help. The law is there for a reason, and it needs to be used.
It shouldnt be left to a family memeber- a professional needs to step in , and FAST!

I don't think they can 5150(forced admission) anyone, who have not made an overt effort to harm themselves or others or unable to provide food or shelter due to a mental disorder. Unless she wants to go in a hospital for tx, they can't make her w/o her doing one of the above.

So she tricked mom out of the house so she and some guy could go to it.

...so now you know what ticked Cindy off enough to get Lee to teach her how to post her diatribe on MySpace that evening, then, dispatch Lee to chase Casey down at the clubs that night.

GA's Interview #4 at 8:40 he starts talking about the day KC borrowed CA's car. re: to car chase - He says he knew it was CA's dark green Toyota 4 Runner with a, sticker I guess, Panda on the back. He also says that KC met CA at the house and left her car there - borrowed CA's car thru the afternoon and brought CA's car back and got her car.
KC said her car wasn't running right.

And it magically repaired itself sitting after in the driveway for a few hours?

You sure are right...forgot he said that.

But it doesn't make sense....how did they get the car back? You mean she left the pontiac at the house? Can't see that happening. When GA returned from the chase he could have scoured her car...he had keys...kc is not that dumb. Did you notice they never followed up with that? Cindy denies this ever occured.

There has to be more to the story....yep. Why didn't the FBI do follow up questions? I think they had all the answers before interviewing the parents.

I got the impression they were not there to get crime info but to delve into the Anthony's behavior patterns and psychological issues. They were profiling them.

Yep, I agree, these were profiling sessions. My gosh, did you notice how much Cindy scratched her ankles.......did she have a crap load of bug bites or what.

I also noticed anytime the agent started to say something Cindy didn't want to hear, she would look away & fiddle thru her papers.

I was amazed, that even for her, she was telling the agents what were "clues." I noticed nothing KC did wrong was a clue, there were reasons for all that.

I heard GA say that too. However, Cindy's car was not on the toll road at the same time as George's car. He specifically said he was chasing her and you could check the EPass account. The ones they released do not show it happening...unless they are incorrect.

The problem is GA sounds so convincing...so I know what you mean...the record just isn't there.

IMO, if the chase happened on the 29th, then the A's are lying about Casey's car being in their driveway. It was parked at Amscot 6-26 to 6-30.

You and Bond are just way too smart....super sleuths, that is what I say.
:woohoo:

July 3rd is an interesting day.

I better go watch this interview. However, in the past CA tries to convince anyone who will listen that kc either moved out, took a vacation, or was out of town for work all in the beginning of June...

Don't forget about the "bonding".

I love it when pieces come together. It happens so seldom.

...bringing me back to...

:) You can believe [George &] Cindy, or, you can look @ the objective evidence and draw your own conclusions. You make the call. :)

KC said her car wasn't running right.

I was just on youtube watching this very part and when GA said that KC took CA's car and left her car at the house (CA home) the thought just popped into my head "well I wonder if CA drove KC's car somewhere and took care of the problem in the trunk for her"??!! I can't believe I just thought that. My next thought was "well that would explain the call from KC in jail to home, where CA says you aren't telling me where she's at and KC says coz I don't f-ing know where she's at....are you kidding me???!!!" IDK I just kind of freaked myself out. Is this possible?????? JMO

George says in the interview that she did leave the sunbird at the house, and we know he had a set of keys (from the gas can incident) He said that Cindy gave her permission to use her car. You're right, it makes no sense, that after her being gone, them trying to talk to Caylee, the gas cans in Casey's trunk and STILL Cindy lets Casey use her car? Why didn't they look in her car? Then Cindy goes on to deny it....:waitasec: There does have to be more to that story, but dang if I can figure it out.

The whole Cindy car thing is weird. GA said KC used CA car b/c her's wasn't running "right." Okay, then WHY would you let her come & drive it off, esp if she is "normally" would have Caylee in the car. You wouldn't chance your daughter having her car break down with your grand child in the car. Even though Caylee wasn't with KC that day, how could they know Caylee wouldnt be in the car later????

Could KC have taken the car to her parents, to make sure it was seen by neighbors, in order to pin this on George? She had already made the statement about him running over something. You know, she & CIndy butted heads, but GA was the real problem for KC. Cindy knew her daughter was stealing & pulling all kinds of crap but Cindy also made sure George always backed down. She would tell him " you are to angry, I'll handle it" or " I'll talk to KC" I don't think KC likes her mom very much but she would have kept mom around, mom always looked the other way. Mom would esp look the other way as long as she had Caylee in the house. George on the other hand, well, he would get pizzed & want to confront KC. He even said KC was part of the reason he & Cindy split for awhile. I dont think he was going to let princess continue her crap. Kc would have done just fine by getting rid of George. I think she had a plan to pin this on him & it got screwed up.

You and Bond are just way too smart....super sleuths, that is what I say.
:woohoo:

Bond diserves the credit!

Ok, I'm going to throw something back out there about the gas cans. IMO, George did not get them back on the 24th. He got them back when he picked up the car from the towyard. He made the story up about the 24th to accomplish two things. To falsely imply that there was no body in that trunk on the 24th and to explain away why he initially lied to LE about what all he took out of the car trunk.

On CA's interview Part 3 there is a snip in it.. From 12:07:41 - 12:08:20 something was cut out of the conversation...Hmmmm
