What kind of friend and sorority sister was MM, to have been such a knowing and willing party in all this. :furious:

Call me judgemental but a REAL friend or a REAL woman would have had Michelle's back. She KNEW he was married from the start, she met him through Michelle didn't she? At any rate she knew.

A person of good character is not going to knowingly enter into an affair behind a friend's back with the friend's husband. Especially knowing about the pregnancy, but also not for any reason, period. I hope her conscience bothers her now. Her loyalty should have been with Michelle.

i agree with you hermione that this seemed like a threat to cassidy. makes me wonder if while at mrytle beach cassidy almost drowned or something. wish we could find out. i don't think meredith knew either or i'm sure that would have been used at the custody hearing if it was something that happened to cassidy while in his care.

Also one thing that bothers me...did Jason have this thing where he liked Meredith better than Michelle and threw that up in her face? Because in one of those warrants in am email to MM, he says Meredith is another "bigger" girl with a cool personality or something. I am not trying to speculate or start rumors, but is there a chance that JY got along better with MF than with his "nagging wife" and always threw that up in MY's face? What made him evidently so chummy with MF when he couldn't get along with MY aparently? I'm NOT suggesting anything about MF but I am wondering if JY ever put the moves on her too, being the known unfaithful person that he was- would MF loyalties lie with her sister in that respect?

Ohhhh, believe me, that crossed my mind too way back before the email. It was explainable that Meredith would cease to be the nanny because of Cassidy starting preschool but to change their will so that Heather would be Cassidy's custodian in the event anything happened to them?? Strange!

Perhaps you're right though....whether or not jason did put a move on Meredith it's very believable that he probably drove a wedge between Michelle and her sister.

I need to read more about this case but his e-mail is very scary and threatening. In my experience with DV an abuser will look for any excuse to go off on their target...see what you did....you MADE me quit working in the yard and spoiled my day. Okay, now think of a normal daddy out working hard in the yard and gets interrupted to spend a few hours with his daughter. Normal daddy would welcome such an interruption in menial tasks. But, not this guy....because he is always looking for ways to get PO'd off at Michelle because it makes him feel all powerful and then sent a message to her to make her scared to death wondering about the welfare of her daughter. This is mind games and the power he is exerting over her. If she only knew how insecure he really is. Only VERY insecure people act out that way MOO.

Yes we are!!! I have had a death in the fam and been sick for 3 weeks. But I was so hoping to come here and find out he was finally arrested. I sure wish we knew what they were waiting on. They had less on Scott Peterson when they arrested him!

This is going to be a CE case, and as such they have to make sure they are completely and utterly ready for it. They are probably waiting for a good DA team to be put together and waiting to put the finishing touches on the case.

They can't afford to lose this case because of Double Jeopardy. There's enough on this case to get him behind bars, just like there is enough to get Raven Abaroa behind bars and Drew Peterson, politics is a funny thing especially when it comes to CE cases and they have to have enough to get a conviction, that's not the easy part.

These cases end up being high profile cases and they have to be ready 100% to take it on. There are always mistakes made in these types of cases small and large and their budget isn't the same as a defense attorney's and they will have to fight a machine that is allowed to throw as many punches, red-herrings and make as many irrational, confusing statements as possible, to plant a seed of reasonable doubt. Prosecutors can't do nothing about it so they need the case to be as airtight as possible and don't have the same funding as a defense team does.

It will come eventually though.

I know Scandi - he really is a "sicko". Booze seems to numb the anger and causes him to lose all inhibition. He becomes the perverted class clown. I'd really like to see a psychiatrist weigh in on him. Somebody obviously punished him severely or something when he was younger.

Hi Jilly, I have begun wondering if Michelle was on to Jason's little secret about his sexual perversions. Didn't he like to wear female lingeree? He covered it up with his clowning around, but it is so easy to see a guy like this mixed up. A fragile showoff living a lie.

If Michelle guessed what he was really turning into and went to see that sex therapist doctor/analyst, it could have been the perfect motive for murder. To where it incensed him to the point of taking hours to plan and calculate the murder down to the enth degree.

During the Scott Peterson case I watched Dr Albou {or someone like him on Greta}, and what he said made such sense.

The jist was that: Often people kill those who pose a threat to them, a threat that would change the life style they don't want to end, and would if the threat was carried out. It is all about removing the threat.

If Michelle exposed him it would be his ruination. Just thinkin' :blowkiss:


I am kind of blue as I thought things were picking up in the case and yet there is nothing new! I wonder what's happening behind the scenes in the halls of Justice. At least we know Cassidy must be a happy girl right now. Ya Ya
