Here is the thing. If a professional person thinks they see Caylee on an airplane kicking the back of a seat saying that the adult is not their mommy, then why didn't that professional person inform the Captain of the plane???? These so called creditable sightings are BS if they don't do something at the scene of the sightings. Get real, these people are trying to create a panic and innocent children will be exploited until it is stopped.

If I saw a kid that I thought was missing or endangered I would follow them, I would be on my cell with the police, I would be raising a ruckuss. I would see what car they got in, get their license plate, get descriptions of the people with the supposed victim. There are no sightings. I think they are trying to raise the reasonable doubt level to keep KC from being convicted.

Anyone would do the same. NO ONE would just snap a picture of the child and walk away to report it to the "grandparents" and not LE months later. Just on the face of this the insanity shows.

It is impossible not to bash when no matter how you state your opinion about this press conference, it sounds like bashing because there are so many things wrong.

I'm rambling aren't I? Time for adjustment in my intake of chocolate. That helps.

So, Just try to do your best to not be harsh or mean. Comment on all aspects of it just try not to make your words like Freddy Kruger's fingers.

Small children were allowed to sit on the adult lap and not assigned a specific seat and a reduced fare - not sure they still do this post 9-11 . My son and I traveled this way while he was a toddler.

TY! I hate to fly and am usually an absolute wreck when I must. I never notice anyone around me and hubby tends to our children who we've always had seats for. Maybe I should look around next time I fly and ignore the panic. LOL

I believe they should stop airing this garbage. They are encouraging these people's insanity and could be helping them have a nervous breakdown. Can they be sued later by the Anthonys for this?

They need to think about how it can affect them legally.

Just wanted to say that the press conf. just hit my last nerve and I couldn't even control my fingers to keep them from posting my first post to this site. I have been lurking here a long time and just can't say enough how great it is here. So many smart and dedicated people. I can now say I am a true addict to this site and the Anthony case. Thank you for giving me a place to come to each day. Of course my family has given up on me and believe I have gone totally nuts. I think they are right!

I would do exactly the same, amethyst. I would also take as many pics as was humanly possible. And yes, I do think they are trying to raise reasonable doubt.

I say let them do as much as they can to raise the reasonable doubt before trial. The jurors have to hear ALL of the evidence and I am pretty well confident that after the jurors hear the evidence in it's TOTALITY, reasonable doubt will not be an issue. JMO

It is pathetic that the grand parents so boldly state that this latest "sighting" should investigated after they have seen the photo. You can not convince me that they do not know this is not Caylee, the child looks nothing like Caylee.

I have never seen a 3 1/2 - 4', 35-45 lb. lap child on a plane. (lap children sit on mom's lap and do not require a seat to themselves - like infants - not giant 3 year olds).

I didn't see the presser. Here is what they have accomplished as stated on NG so many times: now they will say that there were credible sightings that LE did not follow up on. They will say that LE began to build a case against KC from Day 31 and didn't look anywhere else.

Um, they looked in the yard and the trunk and the dogs told them that looking for a live child would be fruitless. When LE showed up the night of the 15th and heard that the child had been missing for 31 days and no one had reported it all the hinkey meters shot sky high. Then, they looked in the car and saw the baby doll and the child seat and smelled what they all recognize as the smell of a dead body.

Until the forensic tests were completed they investigated reported sightings and followed up leads, they did not run out with search teams and dogs based upon the more than 1,500 pyschic reports. I don't see the jury thinking this was an error on the part of LE.

Like I have said before, the parents will not be shown the evidence. They will have to wait until trial, unless JB wants to share with them. I wonder if JB got the 1,200 photos of KC doing "bad things".

It is time for the A's to visit KC in jail, seperately, just so she can see how they have changed and they can see how well she is doing. Maybe their eyes will open when they realize that they have become grief stricken empty shells while she has not changed at all.

SP said he would be fine in prison and he is. KC is too. She thinks she is in a college dorm. Rush week is at the end of January and then she will be assigned a room at her sorority house (umm cellblock) which she will share with her big sisters. I am sure she is excited - finally out of mom and dad's house!

For the second time I agree with Cindy! First, when she said "i hope the apple didn't fall too far from the tree." Agree, it didn't. And now, when she says that OCSD hasn't done enough for her case. Agree, because SHE'S still blabbing. I'll be happy when OCSD FINALLY arrests this one lady in the case who has washed evidence, disposed of evidence, provided false information about the suspect, and is making the biggest attempt to derail the case. Why isn't that person in jail yet?

If they are not going to bother taking photos of the adults with the child, the vehicle, the license plate number, and other pertinent information....what possible good does it do other than to try to create reasonable doubt? This is where the credibility comes into play. If they honestly believed the child to be Caylee, where are THOSE photos? Why isn't that information being released with such a photo? They won't provide it as the information proves the child was not her.

If you will look at the Stacy P. case, they had one woman supposedly sending letters to DP with sightings of her in grocery store parking lots and another of a photo (which looked nothing like Stacy) supposedly taken by cell phone in Thailand. None of those were credible either. It is going to happen in every high profile case by strangers who are hellbent on trying to help the defense for whatever reasons.

I think what bugs me the most here is that CA wants to put blame everywhere but at the feet of her daughter.
The one who knows the truth is her daughter. She is not going to talk.
I was mentioning to someone else earlier that IMO CA has done a lot to turn the public opinion of her daughter in a bad way. Too bad no one can get her to hush!

Her background is highly specialized and distinguished, with a doctorate in Audacity from Delusional University.
