OT Am I the only one so surprised to see so many teens fb pages open for the world. After browsing I've decided my kids can get a fb page when they go off to college.

On topic, I have not found any other social sites that Abigail used, has anyone else?

Its not just kids. I've just started working at a new school and out of interest, looked on FB to see if parents bother to keep their FB accounts locked, to keep their childrens' info safe.

About half of them don't - displaying photos of their children in all sorts of clothes including nightwear and swimming costumes and identifying where they live in posts. Worse still, even posting photos of their children in uniforms which clearly state what school they are at. I'm talking 5 year old children here.

Am going to speak to the Principal about it, see if it can be mentioned at parents evening. Only trouble is, they might ask why I was looking and I'll look nosey!

Yes I take skimobile rd. on my way over to Whitaker ln. Im doing a bath remodel so there have been many trips back ad forth. Next time I'll give his house the hairy eyeball.

Some odd pictures in that article. Did she drive to Burger King ?

EDIT: Here is the Union Leader Link : http://www.unionleader.com/article/20131015/NEWS07/131019559

If I had to speculate, the photo of Abigail and her boyfriend in the pickup was probably taken by the boyfriend's father from the driver's seat, possibly on one of their work runs that the father mentions. I doubt Burger King has any play in her disappearance, as they probably were just grabbing a snack on the run. JMOO, as always...

Awful lot of past tense in that interview....

  • #690

on that link it says :
Young said the family includes Hernandez's mother, Zenya Hernandez, her sister, Sarah, and her father. Zenya and Sarah Hernandez have spoken publicly about the case, but there has been no information released about her father's identity, or where he lives. Young would only say that each family member has been contacted and "they have each been very helpful."

"her father" was mentioned
It says , have spoken publicly about the case but no identity ?

All post above are just my opinions only.

I don't feel that way about the bfs dad. I feel like I am more suspicious over another poster on her page. MOO

Is that person's initials RT ?

"She came into our lives nine months ago, she was my boy's first girlfriend, and he wants his girlfriend home," said James D. Campbell of North Conway

"She used to ride along on runs with us all the time," James
Campbell said

hhmmmm...some past tense quotes from bf's dad.....

None of this sounds like a happy outcome, IMO.

I was wondering if she's in a track and field , does she run/jog during this time?
My children loves to jog on these time so they'll be back before it is dark

All post above are just my opinions only.

Yes, she is a member of the track team. She would be training and fit. I have wondered if she was supposed to be at practice and when mom found out she wasnt there-panicked.

I did find that Ruben is her father. Found the marriage announcement in a local paper in Portland Maine. I don't know if they are divorced or what their marital situation is. From what I was able to gather on a google search he doesn't appear to be the type to do anything foolish or outlandish. All in all the entire family just seems like a typical suburban family. I just keep coming back to why the mom came home and immediately called the police when she couldn't find AH. As a parent, you would think the first thing you would do is call friends to see if your child has gone out with someone or is at someone's house. Makes me think something she saw when she entered the house alarmed her enough to immediately call LE.

Just a reminder, before anyone gets their hands slapped, that this is a victim friendly forum and as of right now, I have not seen any of the people being referred to as anything other than victims by MSM or LE.

You're probably right. And Abby is sitting in the middle?

I'm definitely thinking a big possibility for the second part. As far the first goes, maybe its different here in California but most employee insurances won't cover employees under the age of 15, so most places do not hire people under that age. While it is possible, its a huge headache here.

Good point about the insurance. But it may not be a factor here because the boy could be older or because of the nature of the father's hauling business. Perhaps it is just his truck that is covered while he is using it for work. Maybe his father IS the business--just him and a truck.

The boy may say he "works" there on social media but that doesn't make it true. Or he may help his father occasionally or work there off the books. That probably happens a lot with something like a hauling business operated from a residence.
